Burnley have slumped to six successive Premier League defeats and it's hard to escape the feeling they will be doomed to the drop if they fail to get back on track when Fulham come calling.
The Clarets were odds-on for relegation before a ball was kicked and they're now just 1/9 in that market after a horror run of results.
The latest setback was a 2-1 loss at Newcastle last weekend and that was a good game for me as all three recommended bets landed.
Scott Parker can take some heart from the fact his side almost pinched a point at the death with 10 men and Burnley have been competitive in all their games this season, with the exception of a 5-1 mauling by Manchester City.
Fulham sit 15th but they're still only seven points ahead of the Clarets so a home win in this game could make things interesting at the foot of the table.
The Cottagers had eased their relegation worries with successive wins over Sunderland and Spurs but they've since lost two in a row.
Marco Silva's side have kept just one clean sheet in their last 11 games so that will give Burnley hope they can spark their season back to life.
How the bookies view it: More misery for Burnley
With Burnley in such poor form, Fulham are odds-on favourites for this one with most firms, although you can back them at evens with 888Sport.
The Clarets look a bit overpriced at 3/1 with BetMGM and the draw pays 13/5 at Bet365.
Recent head to head: Clarets in command
Burnley have been a bit of a bogey team for Fulham of late and they've gone unbeaten across the last six meetings. They last faced off two seasons ago, with the Clarets winning 2-0 at Craven Cottage then drawing 2-2 in the Turf Moor return.
Players to watch: Zian in the zone
Zian Flemming scored at St James' Park last weekend and that took his tally for the season to six. He didn't start against Newcastle but should be back in for this game and is 10/3 at Bet365 for a goal.
Alex Iwobi is always a threat from Fulham's midfield so it's a surprise to see him on just two goals for the season. The Nigerian is 13/2 at Ladbrokes for anytime scorer here, which looks a bit overpriced.
Probable line-ups
Lucas Pires and Kyle Walker are both suspended for Burnley while Conor Roberts, Zeki Amdouni and Jordan Beyer look set to miss out again with injuries.
Fulham's squad is in decent shape with only Antonee Robinson, Rodrigo Muniz and Ryan Sessegnon on the sidelines.
Burnley: Dubravka, Hartmann, Esteve, Ekdal, Worrall, Ugochukwu, Florentino, Cullen, Bruun Larsen, Broja, Fleming.
Fulham: Leno, Tete, Bassey, Andersen, Castagne, Berge, Lukic, Wilson, Iwobi, Jimenez, Kevin.
Anything else catch the eye?
Burnley are still fighting for Parker and they look a little overpriced for this one, with Fulham's form flaky all season. Even though they are missing two defenders with bans, the 10/11 on offer at Bet365 for the Clarets in the double chance could be worth a punt.
Burnley have won an average of just 2.4 corners in their home games this season so it could pay to back Fulham at -1 in the corner handicap at 10/11 with Bet365. Under 9.5 match corners also looks decent at evens with Betfred.
This one could be feisty with so much at stake and backing both teams to pick up two or more cards could pay off at 13/8 with Bet365.
