ENGLAND'S cricket team get their winter Test campaign under way in the early hours of Thursday morning with the first of two matches against Bangladesh.
Alistair Cook's men are 4-9 at Ladbrokes for series victory, with Bangladesh a whopping 10-1 at Unibet while the draw pays 3-1 at BetVictor.
For the opener in Chittagong it's England 13-19 favourites at Marathonbet and the hosts 13-2 at bet365, with the draw a 12-5 chance at Betway.
Captain Cook will overtake Alec Stewart's record of 133 Test caps this week and he's 3-1 at Skybet to mark the occasion by finishing as his side's highest scoring batsman, with Joe Root favourite in that market at 5-2 with Skybet.

Hi gents. Been away a few days so just back to check in from Monday night. Palmer attempted a few deep passes but never connected on the one I need for a 2.6 loss. A step back from last week but smaller stakes saw no worries. Week 7 is another tough one. I took three teams and parlayed for all three bets and unfortunately the away team crumbled in Miami, with the two home teams never seeing a problem.
This week I’m staying at home with two teams who should win comfortably. The Bengals host the Browns in an AFC North tie. Cleveland still without a win should be motivated here but the Bengals by far the much better side and should put them away relatively easily. The Bengals have lost their last two but both have been road games so they’ll be glad to get back on home soil.
The second game sees the Chiefs host the Saints in an inter-conference game. The Saints will have confidence after their win over division rivals Carolina last week, but this will be a tougher ask. The Chiefs managed to go to San Francisco and hold Oakland to 10 points last week coming off their bye, and with Jamaal Charles getting more touches each week, they’ll be looking forward to getting back home. I expect Brees to put up points (they’ve scored 32+ in 4 of 5 this year) but unfortunately their defense has slipped 34+ in the same games.
Cincinnati Bengals -2.5
Kansas City Chiefs -2.5
