IT'S been a hectic 10 days or so for international players and it's always worth checking who has arrived back at their clubs in good shape.
We have a full card to choose from again which is great and I'm kicking off with Dundee United at home to Partick Thistle in the Scottish Premiership.
United have won two of their last three 4-0 and their last match at Motherwell – almost a distant memory following the international double-header – was hailed by Fir Park boss Stuart McCall as the best by an away side in his spell in charge.
Star kids such as Ryan Gauld, who has even caught the attention of Real Madrid, John Souttar, Andy Robertson and Darren Petrie are performing superbly and the future looks bright for the Tannadice outfit.
That’s praise indeed and you have to fancy the Arabs to keep up the good work by beating boss Jackie McNamara’s former club Partick Thistle today.
The sides fought out a 0-0 draw to open the Scottish season but United won 4-1 in the League Cup win at Tannadice.
Jags have gone backwards after a fine start and have lost their last three – including heavy defeats to St Mirren and
Aberdeen.
Next I'm on Newcastle who have followed up a derby defeat to Sunderland with with wins to nil against Chelsea and Spurs to return the feelgood factor to St James's Park.
Chris Hughton returns to his former employers with Norwich and knows his side face a massive task.
Newcastle haven't conceded over 90 minutes in their last three outings – it was 0-0 with Man City before an extra-time League Cup defeat – and have kept three clean sheets over the last two seasons against the Canaries, beating them 1-0 home and away last season.
Norwich beat West Ham 3-1 last time out and boy did they need it but they've conceded 15 goals in their last three away games now and that must be music to the ears of Loic Remy.
I can't see past Newcastle while Remy looks a good shout at 9-2 at Coral to score first and is 6-5 at McBookie to net at anytime.
Complete the treble with Preston at home to Colchester in League One. Simon Grayson's side were the first to win at Orient since February last time out and should cement their place in the play-offs with three points.
After three successive 2-0 defeats last month Preston are unbeaten in six while Colchester have won just one of their last 16.
Remember to post your own treble for the chance to win one of three £10 free bets at Betway. Win-draw-win bets ONLY please. No handicap bets (even though I've picked one) or score and win, both teams to score etc. And you must quote odds to have a chance of winning a prize.

One word AWESOME & i mean that man o’sullivan, less than 30 mins to win 4-0 with breaks of 69, 54, 101, 130
Its the champion of champions & current champion is Doug Mountjoy
it was last held in 1980 & Ronnie O’Sullivan wants this tournament win bad
Tonight he plays the form player Ding Junhui who has won the last 3 ranking tournaments which nobody has done for 23 years, Ronnie hasnt even done that but he proved today how much he wants this one & he also wants to beat the man in form.

Gillingham (14th) at home to Oldham (18th) looks a great pick. Bet365 have priced them at 2.75 (7/4) where a £15 stake returns £41.
Gillingham have won 3 of their last 4 league home games: Gillingham 1-0 Carlisle, Gillingham 2-1 Notts County, Gillingham 1-2 Preston, Gillingham 3-2 MK Dons.
Oldham have played 8 league away games they have won 1 drawn 1 and lost 6.
Gillingham have also appointed Peter Taylor permanently so they are settled. Their home form is strong and Oldham are poor away from home.
Surely Bet365’s odds of 2.75 looks great value.
Good luck and cheers.

Millwall take on Barnsley at the Den Saturday looking for their first win in a since September.
They have managed to score in every game bar one even when they have lost which means, as well as scoring they are leaking badly in defence conceding 31 goals this season already.
Barnsley have scored in 9 out of 11 games recently but have conceded 31 goals like millwall.
BBTS was 3/4 on Bet Vic – Maybe worth a lump on bet.
Over 2.5 goals – 10/11 on William Hill.
Millwall to win and BBTS – 3/1

Caution to anyone backing my team (Hull City), while everything looks in favour for us to win, Palace really need the points as i’m sure everyone’s aware, I can frightfully see them getting a draw, but of course I hope you’re all right in backing the Tigers
my treble has to be;
Lens 4/6
Southend – EVNS
Fleetwood – EVNS
5.67/1
Danny, new boss Tony Pulis will watch from the stand so players know they have to impress. Hull might edge it but should be close.
Mr F, yeah everything points to a very close, intense match. I just hope with our first choice keeper (Mcgregor) and talisman thus far this season (Brady) both scheduled to return to action we edge it. Massive game for both clubs, especially with the Tigers next two fixtures; Liverpool (H), Arsenal (A), it’s essential we pick up maximum points at the KC tomorrow. We’re still currently unbeaten there this season might I add; 3-2-0 although knowing my luck I’ve just jinxed it for tomorrow.

I posted this one up yesterday but i think Accrington are a great bet today at better than evens, they may sit down towards the bottom but most people are not aware they had to start the season off with alot of injuries and its only in the last 6-7 matches they have managed to get their best players back. They won away last week and bossed the game in contrast Torquay were woeful against Chesterfield at home not managing a single shot on target. 2 teams in different form VC were going almost 6/4 yesterday and that for me is value on the home side who have won 3 of their last 4.
