THE only online bookmaker listing first-scorer prices on all SPFL games are McBookie.com and this weekend they have priced up nine of the Scottish Cup ties involving two league teams.

It’s a great service and we’ve teamed up with the Scots firm to look at some of the best bets from this week’s Scottish Cup action. Also, leave your pick of first scorers at the end of this article for a chance to win a £10 free bet with McBookie.com.

You can choose from Premiership and the Scottish Cup and one correct entry will be picked at random to win the prize. Quote player, team, his odds and a reason if you like.

Meanwhile, here is McBookie.com’s Damian Walker with his Saturday selections.

Damian writes: Elgin have been in free-scoring form this season and the Black and Whites have scored three or more goals in five of their last seven matches.

Craig Gunn is this season’s joint top scorer in League 2 with six goals and his side play host to Dunfermline at Borough Briggs on Saturday in the Cup.

This looks a tricky away tie for the Pars and Gunn is a 6-1 chance with McBookie to score the opening goal.

The all-Championship Scottish Cup tie between Dumbarton and Cowdenbeath is a repeat of the league clash between the two teams that ended miserably in a 0-0 draw last weekend. Sons fans must be thrilled at the prospect of another game with the Blue Brazil just seven days later.

Dumbarton’s Bryan Prunty has 28 goals in his 59 starts since moving from Alloa two years ago and is 17-4 to score at the first goal with McBookie. For the fans' sake, let’s hope at least someone scores this weekend.

East Stirling have been a real surprise package in SPFL League 2 this season having finished well adrift at the bottom of the basement in 2012-13.

However, the Shire may struggle to put together a cup run having drawn in-form Championship side and Ramsdens Cup finalists Raith.

The Rovers sit just two points behind league leaders Hamilton and suffered their last 90-minute league or cup defeat back in August.

They should make swift work of East Stirling and former Livingston captain Liam Fox has a great chance to get on the scoresheet.

Fox is not afraid to take shots from range and is always an option on set pieces and perhaps even penalties. He is 11-2 with McBookie to score the opener but 7-5 to score at anytime.

Recommended Bets

Gunn (Elgin) to score first

Prunty (Dumbarton) to score first

Fox (Raith) to score
