THE Super Single continues and after a good finish to October it's nice to start November with a win.
There were loads of goals in the Champions League on Wednesday and my SS was actually a 6-5 double – both to score at Napoli and Spurs and for a long time it looked like Real Madrid would let me down.
I should have stuck to the CL games for goals because Preston failing to net at home to Aston Villa beat the Top Treble. Villa's win though got the latest £10 to £1000 going as backed them draw no bet.
Well done to all the winners including Greg with his early one on Hibs Under-20s who won 4-0.
Thursday is all about the Europa League and while it's not my favourite tournament I've picked out two bets.
For another Super Single double I'm going with straight wins for Lyon and Lazio. Lyon beat Everton away more easily than the 2-1 scoreline suggests and have won their last four, scoring 12 goals.
Everton are winless in seven and while performances have improved under caretaker boss David Unsworth they are still losing games.
Sunday's Premier League meeting with Watford is clearly more important and Unsworth has left Wayne Rooney, Leighton Baines, Phil Jagielka and Michael Keane at home.
James McCarthy is out with a hamstring problem, Oumar Niasse is inelegible and Seamus Coleman, Yannick Bolasie, Ross Barkley and Ramiro Funes Mori remain sidelined.
Academy defender Morgan Feeney has been drafted in and this will be a young team facing the French.
I have no doubts about Lyon unless they too decide to rest players. Their goals have been coming from Memphis Depay and Nabil Fekir so if they start there shouldn't be any worries.
Add Lazio at home to Nice. Lazio have won six in a row in all competitions – Nice have lost five on the spin.
The Italians won 3-1 in France and have a 100 per cent Europa League record. Again as long as they don't make too many changes they should win well.
My only other bet is a both to score treble – no reasoning for it expect all sides involved are regular scorers.

You wouldn’t waste your day looking at teams to win at this stage of the comp but yet you will gladly take overs,i think this stage it is better to take teams to win rather than overs.Lets take Lazio for example at home to Nice,if Lazio win they are through with two games to spare so can rest players etc etc for this reason alone and its not just Lazio but other teams at home gaining points to qualify with games to spare.Totally agree the europa is a Minefield but it should start turning to form at this stage of the comp as you have to look at teams that are not used to playing these games they start to tire somewhat.

Good luck Alex – Tolima hot favourites and rightly so but Pasto have played 2 games less in a little over a 4 week spell (3 as opposed to Tolima’s 5) so a little kicker I don’t think the bookies have factored into prices ?
