IT'S been a couple of busy days especially in the English and Scottish top flights and there were plenty of shocks on Wednesday.
In England Chelsea's defeat at Wolves was the biggest surprise while in Scotland Rangers were knocked off the top by losing at home to Aberdeen and Celtic failed to take over by drawing at Motherwell. The new leaders … Kilmarnock who I pointed out before the game were 150-1 to win the title.
Killie were on my losing treble and were close to being my Super Single but I went with Arsenal draw no bet and that was voided by a 2-2 draw.
My closest winner was the both to score treble that was a Lyon goal short and well done to anyone who backed btts in all Premier League games – Southampton's late consolation at Spurs made it 10 of 10 over the two days.

Thursday is a quiet one so will give me a chance to pick out Saturday's best bets and I've posted a Super Single shortlist.
Scott has previewed the Dutch league game between Feyenoord and VVV and there are only a few cup games elsewhere including Italian and Spanish.
Real Madrid face 28-1 shots Melila – tipped by Johnb – but remember these are second legs. Real won 4-0 away – and the likes of Madrid will play a reserve team.
There are plenty of advance previews on the site including Scott's take on Juventus and AC Milan and my Ayr v Inverness preview – both of these games are on Friday.
As usual I'll busy on Friday finishing the Saturday write-ups and also working on the desk so I've decided to put up a Thursday/Friday treble using tips on the previews and hopefully it survives tonight.

City could tear Chelsea to shreds at the weekend if Sarri still sticks with his ways, Kanye needs to be far deeper for that fixture, I’d even suggest a-possible change of formation. That midfield will potentially run rings round Jorginho or even worse if he goes with Fabregas sitting in front of that defence. Big question marks over the centrehalves as well, gonna have a big bet on City dependent on how Chelsea lineup. Hope price doesn’t drop too much in the meantime!

In a game I’d expect the hosts to control from the off, I think there is a tad value on home side racking up a series of corners early on with the away side likely to find themselves soaking up pressure and keep themselves in the game. This is a game Genoa are likely to come victorious out of against opposition two tiers below them but I don’t think they will make light work of it and corner markets appeal with consistently high totals posted in Genoa fixtures throughout the league season. This is a new market I’ve never tested before but feel the above is in with a real chance if Genoa take control as anticipated.

There was a chap that walked into the bookies 9:30 this morning and he put £1000 on levante vs lugo levante straight win at 4/9 anyway kick off was at 11.00 and believe me the chap must of been sweating levante scored first on 80 mins then in the 93rd to make it 2-0 not as easy as the chap first thought!!!

I once had a very good pal whose drinking habits made Gazza look like a devout Amish milititant – he’d often say to me that at least every time he passed out in the gutter he’d spend the night looking at the stars which is pretty profound stuff.
