Mr Fixit’s Top Tips: Arsenal’s home form can see them through

THREE Super Single winners in a row pushed me out of the red to finish the month in the black.

Ayr draw no bet landed at 27-20 on Friday, Norwich came in at 6-4 on Saturday and on Sunday it was a red card in the Celtic v Rangers match at 6-4.

I should have just tipped Alfredo Morelos to be sent off at 5-1 but at the back of my mind is always the thought he's going to calm down. My Morelos changing his name story was of course an April Fool.

That's five reds for the Colombian this season (one rescinded) and he's too good a player to be sitting in the stand. Steven Gerrard's got his work cut out trying to resolve his disciplinary problems if the player stays for next season.

I called the game almost perfectly, tipping a Celtic win and Odsonne Edouard to score first. And Gary Docherty was just a Daniel Candeias card away from landing a 115-1 BetBuilder winner.

Well done to everyone who won on the Old Firm game and to all Sunday's winners – and there were plenty of them.

My btts treble needed an Inter goal in the late games and with the Top Treble losing I finished the month 9.7pts up which is OK but could have been much better.

On Monday the big game is Arsenal v Newcastle and with just one point separating third and sixth there is going to be a frantic race to claim the third and fourth Champions League places. Kevinmac is confident about a home win and check out his Arsenal v Newcastle preview.

The Gunners have won all five meetings the Emirates since Newcastle returned to the top flight and are 2-5 with the likes of William Hill and Ladbrokes.

Newcastle aren't safe yet but should be all right and they're playing with greater confidence and scoring goals – nine in four games. They're much better at home but could score here and Arsenal and btts pays 19-10 at Ladbrokes.

Arsenal have lost just once at home this season and I'm taking them to win on a treble with St Etienne at home to Nimes and Setubal not to lose at Feirense.

St Etienne will move above Marseille into fourth with a win and remember there is just one Europa League slot available through the league. Nimes have nothing to pay for and have lost four of their last five away.

In Portugal basement boys Feirense are all but doomed after a run of 19 without a win. Setubal are above the drop zone on goal difference so will see this as a great chance to move clear. They should win but I'm keeping the draw on side.

I've looked a few games tonight but I'm no expert on leagues such as Bundesliga 2, La Liga 2 and the Scandinavian leagues but Aue, Zaragoza and Djurgaarden are being well tipped as well as btts at Staeback, Malmo and Elfsborg.
