SATURDAY always looked like being a difficult day so I was happy to land my two main bets.
The Super Single double – and I make no excuses for sometimes picking a double – won at 5-2 thanks to Forest Green and Dumbarton not losing and the Top Treble landed at 23-10 with Scunthorpe draw no bet and Colchester and Stirling avoiding defeat.
My stats are posted for Super Singles and other accumulators and combining both my aim is to make a profit.
The two goals trebles didn't trap and the moneyback fivefold was a loser. Bet of the Day won at 9-5 but Dundee United bombed the Betting Club attempt with their shock defeat to Crusaders.
Well done to all the winners including Desmond whose main 2+ goals tip came in.
On Sunday the main event is Switzerland v Northern Ireland in the second leg of their World Cup play-off. Tough to see the Irish overcoming a 1-0 deficit while Greece start 4-1 down to Croatia.
I called Dundee Utd v Crusaders wrong on Saturday and it was a shocker for a side with Csaba Lazslo in charge for first time.
Maybe I'm slightly biased when it comes to Scottish football but Queen of the South look big for their trip to Welsh side TNS for the final Irn-Bru Cup quarter-final. They're going well in the Championship and should be focused on making the semis and potentially going all the way.
TNS are a capable side but for me Queens should be slightly better so 21-10 with Unibet is big even if 3-1 was available on Friday when I first mentioned it. For the Super Single I'm going Queens draw no bet at 15-13 with Unibet.
There's not much else to look at on Sunday but have decided to put up a double on Switzerland and over 1.5 match goals in Greece. Check out the separate preview.

Their only loss came against defending champions Sydney, and was far from a one-sided game. They will be keen to win again today to return to the summit of the league. Malik is back from suspension today, but Cahill is off on international duty.

Summary :
Viborg have only failed to net in 2 of their 8 away days and those shut outs came at Koge who’s home defensive record is exceptional and Esbjerg. Which was an unusual cagey encounter ( both teams relegated from Super league ). Thus a possible hang over from previous season! Today’s opponents Skive have recently changed management but results haven’t improved, although both games were played away against strong opposition . The Story So Far…
Glasgow City remain undefeated in the league this season, dropping only four points via draws against Celtic in March and Stirling University at the end of August. Hibernian Ladies have lost both league encounters against Glasgow City, 1-0 and 2-1, but defeated their rivals in the SWPL Cup Semi Final, with a 1-0 win after extra time.
