THERE were of course no tips from me on Christmas Day but I'll make up for it today.
As usual there's almost a full card in England and I'll post a separate preview. In Scotland it's all about Dundee v Celtic (unless you're one of the handful who supports Dumbarton or Livingston) and I'll also preview that one.
I've picked out most of my top tips for Tuesday but I'm not going to post them until late morning as I want to check form and stats in the RFO as well as latest team news.
Team news is vital in England as at this time of year managers may rotate squads during a busy schedule.
The day starts with live TV games – Spurs v Southampton and Dundee v Celtic and finishes with Liverpool v Swansea at 5,30pm. In between there are another six Premier League games as well as Championship, League One, League Two and National Leagueso plenty to look out.
My picks are reasoned on the previews and on the Top Treble I've included Middlesbrough to beat Bolton at home as they should be lifted by the appointment of Tony Pulis.

No surprise it’s a trip to down under for me, and the match between 2 sides I have a soft spot for, the central coast mariners and Adelaide United. Not much to choose between them in terms of league placing and recent form but the h2h suggests 1 thing- goals. 37 in the last 10 league meetings. First goal bet of the day for me is over 2.5 mgs. As usual I’ll be using bet 365 and if u are following with them use the asian line instead of the normal goals line. There’s better odds. It’s 1.850 instead of 4/5. Oldham face the out-of-form Fleetwood and hope to have their top scorer Eion Doyle back after an illness kept him sidelined in Plymouth. Oldham are a big price to score twice, but a market I like the look of is them to score before 75:00. They’ve been out of sorts but at home they’ve been strong, winning five of their last seven.

Do you know Hull have not scored against Derby in the league outside the playoffs but 2 years ago where they beat us 3 nil. that reverse fixture at their ground was 2 nil to Derby and they then won the playoff final and got promoted. Past 3 league results have been 5 nil, 4 nil, 2 nil. 11 Derby goals to Hull’s 0. Our form home and away is solid. 6/4 is a gift for Derby to win, but if you want a bit more bang for your buck – as I have done, I’ve taken 4/1 with betfair for the rams to cover the -1 handicap. Wolves need to drop points and the chasing pack to capitalise. In truth I am expecting Cardiff/Wolves to have a few wobbles, I just hope Derby don’t have one again that starts in February and ends in May.
As a wolves fan I remember us being well clear in about 2007/2008 and wenpet it slide and the Albion caught us. Still ingrained in my mind although we are playing some great stuff at the moment. Totally bossed the game at Millwall today in honesty.

Not much happening in the Hull/Derby game, both teams have been sloppy, both have had a few half chances and although it is generally negative football from both sides, Derby have had a couple of times they should of done better, but the tempo of the game is raised a little. Both sides giving the ball away and with 2 Hull cards and an early Derby card, i’m sure there will be more. I think Derby are shading it a little, but not loads.

Sorry guys, I did my best. Hull v Derby – both sides were guilty of dreadful football all over the pitch, first 30 mins was terrible, wasted chances after wasted chance from both teams. Derby had late 2nd half chances but never took them. Hull came into the game 2nd half but very wasteful in the last third. No linkage.
Derby struggled to string 3 passes together all match and the offside-runners were running but the service to them was late time and time again. It was backwards and sideways from the Rams. Not used to this kind of clueless football. I think I should of stayed in the pub.
Neither side deserved a point. I’m sure Hull will be happy of a point but this weekend, Bristol are the only winners in the top 4. Shame, we could of gone 2nd.

I know you hate United, but as a united fan I’ll be the first to say the performances of late are a total embarrassment.
Last week was bad enough not being able to kill the game off – pretty much 3 open net chances squandered.
But today.. going 2-0 down at Home to Burnley so early on.. unacceptable and it has to fall on Jose.
Fair play to Burnley, and will take nothing away from the free kick, but we have been very poor for weeks now. Not acceptable.
