Mr Fixit’s Top Tips: Man Utd can see off weakened PSG

IT'S return the of the Champions League on Monday and we start with what should be a cracking tie between Man United and PSG.

There aren't many games that tempt me down to the pub to watch a game but this is one.

Disappointing though to see Neymar and Edinson Cavani out injured – it's like watching Clydebank without Shelvey and Little – but that's a massive boost to United's hopes. I've posted a separate Man United v PSG preview and here's how you can get £30 for each goal scored in the match.

I'm tipping Man United to win and may take that as a Super Single – I'm putting it up now as the price has started to fall as team news filters through. The other game between Roma and Porto is tougher to call and Scott has a match preview. He's backing Roma due to Porto absences up front so check it out.

Elsewhere there are a dozen or so game in the English leagues with Birmingham and Sunderland looking best bets for me and there are non-league games which may see some tips from HullShaker.

Not much else to look at and so I'm focusing my other bets on the English leagues with a Top Treble and moneyback fivefold.

The fivefold starts with Bristol City, six wins in a row, at home to QPR who are on a run of four defeats. The latest was 4-3 at home to Birmingham when they missed a last-minute penalty for a remarkable draw after trailing 4-0.

Add Hull, who have won five in a row at home, against a struggling Rotherham side without an away in 18.

Next take Birmingham who are targeting the play-offs after an improved run of form and who face a Bolton outfit with five defeats in six and battling to avoid the drop.

I'm slightly less confident about my two League One picks but Doncaster are in good form and have a fine h2h record against a Southend side who have never won at the Keepmoat – losing 10 out of 11.

Finally, I'm putting my faith in Sunderland at home to a Blackpool side who are better on the road due to a poisoned atmosphere in their own ground. Sunderland draw too many games for my liking but are boosted by Will Grigg making his home debut and remain unbeaten at the Stadium of light although six out of 14 have ended in stalemate. Some may prefer btts to the home but it's a moneyback fivefold so I'm going with the win.

Also taking my best three out of these five in a treble and while I thought I might add a goals bet I'm just going to follow Desmond who has posted goals tips.

There was plenty to shout about on Monday night with Greg and HullShaker putting up winners and losers.

My only bet was a Top Treble that won at 11-5 thanks to a late Hamburg goal and the Wolves-Newcastle game staying unders.

I've also put up a Super Single for Wednesday. I know it's the Championship, it's midweek, it's an away and it's odds on … but Derby are still too big at just under evens at rock-bottom Ipswich. I'll add some more reasoning on tomorrow's post.
