IT was a bit of strange night in the Premier League with six games and no home wins.
My Super Single was Man United and both to score but Newcastle failed to hit the target despite creating several chances.
The Top Treble looked good until Crystal Palace KOd Wolves with a classic one-two and my fears about them not turning up against lesser sides was confirmed.
Well done to all the winners including Johnb with his Bournemouth goals tips and Ryan Fraser to score. He's in good form at the moment.
On Thursday it's all about Man City v Liverpool and while I don't think it will be easy for Jurgen Klopp's leaders I can see them staying unbeaten by picking up at least a point and maintaining a seven-point lead over the champions.
Elsewhere Villarreal entertain Real Madrid in La Liga and there are three Portuguese games but as I start to look ahead to the weekend Liverpool dnb is my only bet.

Reason I say that is that is an area I’m sure Liverpool will pinpoint as a weakness and try to attack that flank if he starts, Guardiola may and probs will know this and could opt for someone with more big game experience. I agree that going unders makes watching the game for enjoyment pretty much impossible. Always end up regretting it and so avoid it now. I think that it’s possible this could be a low-scoring one too but I’ve gone over 1.5 Liverpool goals to get the free inplay bet at 365 as the odds were just too attractive. agreed, the problem with Celtic is that they do not spend £ simple as that, IMO Boyata ,Lustig and Brown are finished, when Mcgregor was playing in Brown’s position the football was a lot faster paced etc, they need to buy ASAP or this season really could go down to the wire – that being said Celtic getting beat in the next old firm with KT and Rogic both back in the picture is very very unlikely, so Rangers fans should not get too ahead of themselves IMO.

I have no alliance to any English team and from a completely impartial viewpoint, I don’t think Liverpool will win the league.

Man City were magnificent tonight reminded me of Rangers performance against Celtic a few days ago. Liverpool could not cope with City’s energy and determination. There’s not much between the teams but as often happens in these situations the team that wanted it more came out on top.
