IT'S a white-out from where I'm looking and as far as Scottish football's concerned it's almost a wipe-out.
All league games have fallen victim to the Beast from the East – and what chance do you have when ski-ing, snowboarding and ice hockey also bit the snow dust.
The Scottish Cup quarter-finals are scheduled to take place – Celtic v Morton and Aberdeen v Killie today – and I've posted a separate preview.
Most of the English lower-league games have been cancelled but all seven of Saturday's Premier League games go ahead at the moment.
The best bets I picked out earlier in the week are all not playing so I've had to scour Europe and low stakes would be the advice this weekend.
Liverpool and over 3.5 goals should land – could be 4-0 or 3-1 – but Anfield's been the place for goals in recent weeks and no one's been able to stop the fab front three of Mo Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane.
My Top Treble starts with btts at Wolfsburg, I'm on Watford not to lose at rock-bottom West Brom and adding PSG who have handed Troyes some beatings in recent seasons.
However, while I knew Neymar was out it's now been confirmed Kylian Mbappe and Edison Cavani are being rested so I'd be worried about the leaders. Tim Weah, son of legend George, is in line for a debut and while the squad still has some quality you have to worry about their line-up.
Last night Greg's members bet won and also his first-half Ligue 2 goals tips. Jordan also posted a winner with his Dutch goals bets. My Top Treble wasn't really close with Roda failing to score and Porto v Sporting going over 2.5 goals despite stats suggesting otherwise.

Derby v Fulham early doors thoughts.
For the 4th season on the bounce, Derby have had a wretched set of results throughout a February and with March’s games ( on paper at least ) being marginally tougher than the February fixtures, the Rams really need to be upping their game when everyone else around them in the top 6-8 are also doing the biz in the league.
Stats wise, we’ve been solid in the goals conceded department, but its never told the true story. This past month, teams have been queueing up to score against us. With just 1 win in 6, 1 loss and 4 draws, its hardly time to hit the panic button but if we don’t start turning some of these draws into wins, in just 2 games, we could be out of the top 6.
Fulham come to Derby tomorrow and the momentum is well and truly in their favour. If i’m honest, the last time Derby really put on a solid 90 minute performance was when Villa came knocking. The momentum was also with them.
We’ve struggled against 3 teams on the bounce now, all 3 teams statistically couldn’t buy a win between them.None had won since boxing day, yet the rams lost 1 and drew the other 2. last weeks game against Reading was a ” will they or won’t they “. Twice Derby went ahead but at the back we were clueless. We conceded a late equaliser to deliver an end to end thriller for the neutrals, but a 3-3 result was probably about fair. Derby’s Chris Baird got a late straight red so he’ll be out and Wisdom should be back. We also played that game with Chelsea loanee Kasey Palmer standing in for an absent Vydra. No news yet, but i’m hoping the Czech goal machine is back and raring to go. He’s due a goal. The gap between him and Leon Clarke of Sheff Utd is still +2 to Vydra. With Clarke hitting a goal drought, Vydra should really be pulling out a goal lead for his chase for the golden boot. What is disappointing is our point-man striker Nugent is on just 6 goals. Hardly inspiring !! I’ve never forgiven him really for him choosing to sign for Leicester ahead of the Rams when he said we were not a big enough club. We’ve lost Sam Winnall to an ACL – also on 6 goals but we have lost his consistency. We cannot have a team that relies on a number 10 to provide the bulk of our goals, the rest need to up their quota too and spread the load.
Predicting which team mentality decides to turn out against Fulham is a tough one, but we do have a habit of putting in a good team performance against stronger opponents. Fulham will want our scalp, and with them hot on our heels, they’ll fancy their chances of 3 points. I have a sneaking suspicion that Derby will spoil their party. I think we’ve still only lost 6 times this season but we do look vulnerable at the back with counterattacks.
I think this game could be the one in the championship this weekend where the top 6 are all keeping tabs on.
I’m inclined to believe that Derby will win, but it won’t be a pushover. Fulham are highly likely to score, suggesting a BTTS and an over 2.5 tmg’s ought to deliver.
My head and heart say this has 2-1 to the Rams written all over it. What we don’t want is to have to chase the game. Teams have recently taken goals off us against the run of play and Derby’s heads have dropped.
Hopefully i’ll be around for late team news. I don’t think this match will be called off, we’ve a heated pitch. If it does get called off, it will be concerning ice around the edge of the stadium. That hasn’t happened for 5 or 6 seasons now. We don’t need a cluttered fixture list coming into May, we want our scheduled games chalked off and hopefully some points on the board. I think we’re maybe 6 points down on where i’d of liked to of seen us, but for those wretched 3 matches. If this game looks a tough one, we have a bunch of like for like fixtures from now until the end of April. But we’ve got to up our end result.

Hi gents. The CSL started up again yesterday and we had a thriller in the Guangzhou derby. Today see’s another giant take on a promoted side, and I’m intrigued by the price of the away side here. Daliang won the second division, and weren’t phased by the away games winning 10 of 15. Obviously Shanghai have a very good unit with Hulk, Wu Lei, Oscar and Elkeson, but Daliang have some talent of their own. Site veterans will remember a goalscoring delight from the Swedish Allsvenskan in Nyasha Mushekwi. HE scored 16 goals in 29 games last year and will be their main threat this season too. Not to mention Nico Gaitan an Yannick Carrascowho signed from Atletico in February, to go along with a solid defender for this league in Jose Fonte. SIPG conceded in 12 of their 15 home games last season. Can’t ignore this price for one away goal.

One to consider over in Italian Serie B is Cittadella at home to Pescara.

Toronto the defending champions at home, started the season off well winning in the champions league, they will want to start the season well against a Columbus side that has lost a key players in Kamara up front.
Seattle champions in 2016 lost out to Toronto in 2017, they have lost Jordan Morris to injury but their squad stays the same. Continuity should see them past against new side LA, who look like it will take a bit of time to come together, once they do they won’t ne pushovers.
Atlanta, NYCFC and RSL are all away from home, Atlanta and NYCFC are exciting going forward, RSL finished last season strongly and with Dallas losing in the champions league they look like they are there for the taking. RSL should at least get on the scoresheet.

Toronto were very disappointing tonight, looked rusty. I did expect an up and down start with champions league but not that type of performance.
