PALACE v Arsenal was much better than expected and the Gunners displayed their best and worst sides as the Super Single was beaten.
This was much more like Arsene Wenger's men and despite my bet going down I enjoyed the game with Alexis Sanchez turning on the style just before the window opens.
Poor defending though showed once again why this team never had a chance of winning the title.
Greg was one game out on his Serie B treble and well done to any winners on a quiet night.

Haven’t been around a lot lately. Had an accident and been laid up for a bit and just not in the mood for betting or well anything. Tonight we have Victory hosting the Jets in the A-League.
Victory have both Austin and Donachie out through injury, but see the influential Broxham return. They’ve strung together a few decent wins of late, and 4 of their last 5 games has seen 3+ goals.
Newcastle Jets sit second in the league by a good margin, have scored more goals than any other team in the league so far, and are in imperious form. Cowburn and Georgievski are back from injury, and the only absences are their longer term ones in O’Donovan, Duncan and Vargas.
Jets are something of a bogey side for Victory, and edge the head to head. Granted they haven’t won at AAMI park in the last couple of attempts, but goals are usually a feature in this feature. Same again for me.
