A LATE Swindon goal gave me a small profit after my btts treble became a double due to the weather.

Bristol City losing, and by all accounts they were poor, beat the Super Single double and Coventry's stunning 6-2 defeat by Yeovil killed the treble. Next up for City is a trip to on-form Millwall and I wouldn't stop anyone backing the Lions at 5-4.

The Easter Monday card isn't my favourite and the weather also played a part so happy to escape with small profit.

Well done to all the winners including Jordan with his Wycombe to score 2+ tip.

Tuesday's another busy night with the first two Champions League quarter-finals and I've posted a separate preview of Sevilla v Bayern and Juventus v Real Madrid.

In Scotland there are three vital Premiership games including Hibs v Hamilton and Motherwell v Aberdeen. I've posted a preview.

There are also Championship and League Two matches and I fancy Dundee United to beat a Dumbarton resigned to the relegation play-offs at Tannadice.

In England there are Championship games including Fulham v Leeds and Wolves v Hull. Wolves face Cardiff on Friday but they'll be determined to bank the points before travelling to Wales.

Before the Champions League games kick off there are three games in Serie A and others dotted about the Continent so plenty to look at.

Last Saturday I landed a 10-1 moneyback fivefold and I'm kicking off with another. None of these sides will be a surprise to anyone but unfortunately the fifth pick Montrose, who were the best price at Cowdenbeath, have saw their game postponed.

I'm happy to go with the four but anyone should be aware the moneyback aspect on fivefolds doesn't hold if one leg is called off. So stay with four or consider voiding the original bet and adding Bayern Munich or even Aston Villa.

For my Top Treble I'm starting with btts at Juventus and the reasoning is on the other post. Add Inverness -1 at home to relegated Brechin and take Fulham to score 2+ against Leeds.

Inverness have beaten Brechin four times this season – 3-0 and 4-0 at home and 4-0 away. The other was 3-2 at Glebe Park at Xmas so should cover the -1 handicap.

Fulham are flying and have scored 2+ in their last six while Leeds have conceded 2+ in four out of five.

Also putting up an anytime scorer double on Cristiano Ronaldo and Robert Lewandowski who are both extremely hot just now. In fact when have they been cold – stats are on the other thread.

2pts Top Treble

  • Juventus v Real Madrid btts
  • Fulham to score 2+
  • Inverness -1
  • (16-5, Coral)

1pt Anytime Scorer Double

  • Ronaldo (Real Madrid)
  • Lewandowski (Bayern Munich)
  • (15-4, SportPesa)

*2pts Moneyback Fivefold

  • Fulham
  • Wolves
  • Hibs
  • Dundee Utd
  • Montrose (off)
  • (9-1, McBookie)

*Note: Montrose is off so 4 pays 37-10 with no stake back

Does anyone know of any companies who offer money back like McBookie do on the accumulators? Just had a little look at the T&Cs as didn’t know if could use them in England, and the offers are for Scottish residents only ?

    • shauncpfc 6 years ago

Never mind just had a little search myself and Ladbrokes do the same ?? Lovely stuff!

    • sean567 6 years ago

I use laddies for mine Shaun. What I will advise you is don’t take the price boost on your accer, as they don’t refund your stake for 1 wrong if you do

    • shauncpfc 6 years ago

Cheers gonna start using them as got an account just not used it in a while ?? Yeah I did think that you wouldn’t be able to use them both at same time. How does the boost work do you just use it on something else? Is there a limit or something?

    • sean567 6 years ago

I don’t use the boosts a lot tbh mate. You just get messages off them telling you how many boosts you have to use that day etc. I only use mine on some mgs bets from time to time that I’m confident will win

    • shauncpfc 6 years ago

Is there a catch? Or do they just boost them for free, or is there a catch and that’s why you only do them when confident?

    • sean567 6 years ago

There’s no cashout option for boosted bets either.

& money back as free bet with 5fold btts too, which I personally think is good ?

    • Mr Fixit 6 years ago

McBookie use the same prices as BetVictor who also do the moneyback acca.
Ladbrokes as has been said offer it as do Paddy Power and others.
McBookie exclude non-Scottish residents from their offers because their a Scottish firm and expect only Scottish business. Most non-Scots looking to sign up are bonus abusers.

No insider knowledge or anything here, but as an ex player and captain, I’ve a sneaky feeling Derek mcinnes will get the West Brom job. Currently 6th in the market at 9/1 skybet.

    • Mr Fixit 6 years ago

The boy from Aberdeen who has an in might know. Again I’d be surprised if he went – it won’t be the easiest of jobs getting them back up. Turned down Sunderland and look where they are now.

    • red_ryan 6 years ago

Hey mr f, do you or anyone else know of any good iOS apps for stats, form etc. Use soccerway and looking for an ap like that if you know of any?

    • Mr Fixit 6 years ago

I use RFO for most of my stats and form.

    • red_ryan 6 years ago

Is that an ap or website, what’s the full name please?

    • Mr Fixit 6 years ago

RFO is Racing and Football Outlook which I buy on a Tuesday and carry about with me everywhere I go. It’s easier than having to check your phone all the time on the app.

    • red_ryan 6 years ago

Ah ok thanks for letting me know. Will ask the rest of they have anything on a new comment

    • sless1903 6 years ago

Mr F haven’t heard anything about McInnes to West Brom, however I do think this is the job he might leave us for but not right now. It was reported on Talksport yesterday that West Brom want the new manager in ASAP so he can assess the squad over the remainder of the season. If that’s the case that rules McInnes out as he won’t leave Aberdeen at this point of the season. Also it was reported that West Brom are skint so if that is the case they won’t be able to afford the release fee in McInnes’s contract.

    • phillis 6 years ago

No such word a WON’T in football pal! I hope it does happen though as that unsettled bet in me 365 account of Mcinnes next Rangers manager is doing my fkn box in ?

    • sand 6 years ago

Like you I think the West Brom gig is one he might leave us for. No qualms if he does, he has unfinished business in England and can see the appeal of West Brom. The fact they are likely to be relegated makes him solid contender for me as he wouldn’t get it if they were in premier league. If he does go it will be end of season not now though.

    • Mr Fixit 6 years ago

I read somewhere they fancy Graham Potter, the Ostersunds boss who is another ex-WBA player and from the Midlands.
Pretty sure Potter will be keen to get a job in England while his stock his high.
Wigan’s Paul Cook is another who has been mentioned but he won’t leave until the end of the season if at all.

    Wolves v Hull:

Cardiff drawing tonight makes this all the more interesting and a chance to increase our lead at the top.

With 21 points to play for the very worst we can finish is 5th place.

Cardiff are the only real challengers to us winning the title and I would say now that we’re almost guaranteed automatic promotion which could be confirmed as early as playing derby county at home next week (if other results go our way).

Hull isn’t an easy game. Apart from the loss to blues just before the international break they have been ok the past few games.

We beat them at Hull earlier in the season though and confidence is sky high. We know that we’re close and know that it’s entitely in our grasp.

We do have 2 suspensions to contend with following the win at Boro last Friday.

Neves is arguably our best player and a massive loss. We do have replacements in either N’Diaye (probable) or Morgan Gibbs-White (preferable).

Docherty is the big problem. We
Don’t have natural cover. Could utilise Vinagre on the left and play Douglas on the right instead of left. Could shift Bennett or Coady to the RWB and bring Hause or Baath in centre defence. I’m hoping we leave our back 3 untouched though and keep Baath as far away from the team as we can now. This RWB position is the big worry on the mind of most wolves fans atm.

I think we will win. I see us scoring 2 or 3.

    Wolves 2+ 8/11 (NAP) – 3 points

Wolves score in both halves 6/4 (NB) – 2 points

I backed in play goals up to this point and also got Over 12.5 mgls which won, so would’ve finished at least 12-1 to Club America. Hope a few others followed & got on the in play goals too.

Please any suggestions for a 6 fold btts accumulator will be highly appreciated.

Been losing much these days on the WDW market. Even the DNB market these days look rough.

    Thanks in advance

    • Mr Fixit 6 years ago

You’ll lose doing sixfolds too. I might have a treble in the morning but it won’t be any more than that.

    • pageone 6 years ago

Thanks Mr. F, will definitely follow your btts tip. Yeah u right. I will reduce it to a 5 fold. Got one from @jordan which looks good.

    • Mr Fixit 6 years ago

Honestly reduce it to 2 or 3 and up the stake if you can afford it.
The fewer selections the more wins you will enjoy.
I’m also tipping btts at Juventus.

    • sean567 6 years ago

As mr fixit says page one you won’t win very often backing 6 folds especially on the btts market. Try backing 12 teams just to score and see how hard that is nevermind getting that up in just 6 games. For a treble I’d go with the 2 champions league games plus Dunfermline v Livingston

    • pageone 6 years ago

@sean567 thanks for the tip. Yeah, I agree with you and Mr F. The fewer the selections the more the chances of winning.

  9. Jordan 6 years ago

Don’t usually go for the biggest games on the card, but I think their is some value to be had with both to score in Turin. Madrid have been to some big European clubs on the road already with Spurs and Dortmund in the groups, and PSG in the last stage, with all of those sides giving Madrid a scare.

PSG, Spurs and Dortmund all scored at home, and if you look at the stats, Madrid kept their first away clean sheet in eight games on the weekend. These two have a history of both to score in Turin, and I like that to continue tonight.

    Juventus/Madrid BTTS @ 17/20 @ Ladbrokes – 4 points

    • pageone 6 years ago

Thanks @jordan For the tip, I am definitely on it. It makes it 1 out of the 6 I intend to play. So I need 5 more… Cheers mate

Ronaldo ATGS 7/5 – Main bet
Juve BTTS, Bayern > 1.5 TGS 1.8/1 – half stake
Juve > 4.5 Match Cards, Lewo ATGS 1.8/1 – small stake
    Wolves, Fulham > 1.5 TGS 1.6/1 – small stake

Flagged main bet a day or so ago – odds seem to have narrowed. Ronnie has scored in all 5 of his CL games against Juve – and has 7 against them in total. Back in form / rested at the weekend and a player for the big games.
Like Jordan’s BTTS and will add Bayern who put 6 past Dortmund (Lewo hatrick) at the weekend to score a couple against a sometimes leaky Sevilla – watch the video on WLB for better reasoning.

Picked a game out in the lower leagues that I think has a good chance, another local team that I keep an eye on.

    National League North
    Stockport County v Tamworth

Stockport are on quite a roll, having won their last 4 games consecutively (2 Home & 2 Away). scoring a total of 11 goals in these. Tonight they’re at home vs a Tamworth side who have a rather appalling away record – they have lost their last 7 away games in a row. I can’t see any other result than a Home win here.

    Morning gents

It’s a straightforward no thrills double for me today

    Hibernian v Hamilton
    Dundee United v Dumbarton

Hibernian have struggled against Hamilton recently but they should have too much about them escpecially given they are closing in on Rangers and Aberdeen. Hamilton will make it tough but I don’t see them leaving here with any points.

Dundee United are in dire straights at the moment, however they are playing a team destined for the relegation play offs and who have struggled since the Challange cup final defeat. As poor as United have been, I still believe they have enough quality and have better players to get a much needed three points tonight

    • alex_mufc83 6 years ago

For Juventus I think Higuain is the more favoured potential scorer, especially with this being a CL game, he has 5 goals compared to Dybala’s 1 goal. On the whole they’re even on total goals scored in all competitions though (21).
Quite a few fancy Ronnie to bag again tonight.

If Sevilla can score tonight then it’s likely Ben Yedder would be the man to do that, IMO their only genuine threat (he changed the game when came on vs United). Do fancy Lewandowski to score tonight also.

So yeah has a chance, would keep stakes low though with it being a GS bet. Maybe consider swapping your Dybala pick for Higuain instead.. your call.

    • oz777 6 years ago

      @kierons
Unlucky mate. I do a £5 – £1k rollover, using odds in or around 1.57.
I did two in a month a few months back, and completed one in just 4 days.
Most of them are inplay, and my preference is corners in the last 5 minutes, hence the reason I don’t get a chance to post them.

12 x 1.57 rollover bets starting at a fiver is do-able, if you take your time and wait for the bet to become available, rather than try and make one.
Using those odds also gives you the opportunity to scrape some winnings off, once you get a wee run going.

    • kierons 6 years ago

@oz777 This would have been my 3rd one which is why I wanted to post it.
To be fair Belgium res is kinda my thing and I was fully expecting both teams to score.
My only reservation was that the games were not around the same time, if that is a thing.
I also like to do them inplay but those ones I usually take the cash at the end of each day on those.

I do find I tend to over think it once the big money starts getting put down, thats my problem.

A very profitable weekend which will be put to good use but lets lookforward, we are only as good as our next bet.

A nice midweek card, easy enough to go crazy but keeping it simple

    Hibs
    Inverness
    Barcelona
    Juventus v Real Madrid btts
    Liverpool v Man City btts

    11/2

    ——-

On my usual rab for the juventus and liverpool games, tonight is priced up at 5/1 waiting on skybet for tomorrow

    Juventus v Madrid – BTTS, O2.5, 3+ corners each and 2+ cards each – 5/1

    ——

    Man City
    Real Madrid

    To qualify double 6/5

    ——-

    Celtic O1.5
    Inverness O1.5
    Barca O1.5
    Juve O1.5 (Benevento)
    Liverpool v Man City btts

    9/2

Looking further ahead, the Mls fixtutes this weekend should provide goals, after a 6/4 and 7/1 winners at the weekend i am starting to hit form.

    • fraser51 6 years ago

Juventus down to 10 and not scoring costs the first bet and the ra. Cuadrado missed a sittee right at the end as well, no luck tonight!

Second bet good start with Inverness

To qualify double i think im safe to say i just need City and i will cheer them on at the game next week

    • maccathered 6 years ago

Your qualify double all depends on how many city lose by tomorrow,it’s not a given that city will qualify even though the odds suggest so,this is european football not the premier league, don’t get the two mixed up.

Current form should see a hibs win but they’ve played twice in the league this season and btts has come in both times and Hamilton have taken 4pts from the 2 games.

      Juve v real under 2.5 goals 10-11.
      Hibs win to nil 11-10
      Fulham 2+ team goals. 1-2.

Juve game is a game of fear, their whole season depends on it and a 0-0 would certainly suit both sides as juve will try to keep a clean sheet at all costs and real would back themselves to win the return if its 0-0.
      Under 2.5.

Fulham scored 2+ in last 6
Leeds conceded 2+ in 4 of last 5 and one in the other game.
      Fulham 2+

Hibs won last 3 homes to nil, all 2-0
Hamilton blanked in last 2 always and look like a team seeing out the season.
Hibs win to nil, 2-0 again maybe ??

    Evening gents,

    BURY VS. ROCHDALE:

Big derby match despite the doom and gloom at Gigg – usually a firy affair on and off the pitch.

Two picks – both from Skybet:

Both look like low scorers Recoba sir – The Strongest are not the team they have been this season – add in the fact they are poor away in the SA Cups and Libertad are a better side.

Might toy with an unders double on both games – pays 1.5/1.

Just back in – that wasn’t too bad was it. Some great goals down the years.

    • oz777 6 years ago

The ONE goal that always sticks in my mind, Paul, was Blair Millar’s against Airdrie at Kilbowie, in a 4-1 win.
Messi and Ronaldo would’ve been proud to own that one.

    • Mr Fixit 6 years ago

Can’t remember it to be honest – I remember some of his misses though.

    • oz777 6 years ago

      @mr-fixit
      24th March 1979 Paul.
Millar got the ball just inside the Airdrie half. Put the ball round one defender, ran round the other side and collected it, does the same to the next defender, only this time putting the ball the opposite side and gathering it at the other side.
Before Ernie McGarr could position himself, Millar had rifled the ball into the bottom corner, from the edge of the box.
      Remember it just like yesterday…

5pts returned 17.5 which is half of what would’ve been returned if I’d just put the 5pts on as a fourfold but sometimes it’s better to err on the side of caution when you know 3/4 returns profit and 1 could be iffy. Wasn’t fully confident in wolves, with them letting me down a fair few times and a big game on Friday for them

    Posted from last night…Loser!
Early goal from Hamilton coupled with a red card after 60 minutes put paid to the Hibs and under 3.5 Mgls….WD all winners ? …I should have went with your Inverness handicap selection Mr F ?
    ————————————
    A double I really like for tomorrow…(betway)
Hibs to win and under 3.5Mgls (11-10)
    Inverness to win (30-100)
    Double pays just under 7-4.
Hibs have won their last 4 home games (all less than 3.5 Mgls) whilst Hamilton looked poor at the weekend and have 1 draw and 2 losses in last 3 games, not scoring in last 2.
Inverness last 2 home outings against top of the table opposition indicates they are a better team than current league position against a Brechin side that haven’t picked up a point on the road all season…
Might be worth considering as part of selections tomorrow. Good luck all ?

Goal short in Fulham v Leeds. I actually cashed out and got around 9/2. Popped in bookies to watch last 20mins Leeds missed a sitter and Fulham should have had a man sent off. Just sensed 3rd goal wasn’t coming….
    Well done all tonight’s winners

  64. alex_mufc83 6 years ago

Results in, main pick won, as did the 9/1er…

Picked a game out in the lower leagues that I think has a good chance, another local team that I keep an eye on.

    National League North
    Stockport County v Tamworth

Stockport are on quite a roll, having won their last 4 games consecutively (2 Home & 2 Away). scoring a total of 11 goals in these. Tonight they’re at home vs a Tamworth side who have a rather appalling away record – they have lost their last 7 away games in a row. I can’t see any other result than a Home win here.

    Stockport County to win ✅
    3/5 (Betway)
    5 POINTS
    **WON** ?

I’ll also be adding the following to a team goals acca
    Stockport County Over 1.5 TGls..

    Here’s the TGls acca;

    All teams 2+ team goals
    Stockport County ✅
    Bayern Munich ✅
    Wolves ✅
    Fulham ✅
    Hibernian ✅
    9/1
    1 POINT
    **WON** ?

    Also on;
All teams to score (1+ team goals)
    Udinese ❌
    Midtylland ✅
    Rochdale ✅
    Aston Villa ✅
    Ross County ✅
    Livingston ✅
    3/1
    1 POINT
    – Udinese had plenty of chances and should’ve scored, couple of good saves by Fiorentina keeper kept a CS.

Long Shot Loose Change acca lost came close with my £3.

Happy with that again, a good evening. Well done all winners ??
