DAN PETRESCU'S been Celtic's biggest fan in the past week so I wonder how he'll feel when his Cluj side are flushed out of the Champions League.
The Romanian has been gushing in praise of the Scots saying it will be as tough as playing Barcelona and insisting Neil Lennon's men can do an Ajax and make the semi-finals in years to come.
He also says he'd love to manage Celtic one day and has praised the quality of players at Lenny's disposal.
Not sure if it's a job interview or mind games but Celtic's qualification is likely rather than certain. The sides played out a 1-1 draw in Romania and while the away goal could be crucial there is every chance of the visitors scoring tonight.
I've posted a separate Champions League preview and I'm tipping Celtic and both teams to score. Kevinmac is on my wavelength with his match preview.
There are another nine ties including LASK v Basel, Copenhagen v Red Star Belgrade and Dinamo Kiev v Bruges. Linfield and Dundalk are in Europa League action and there cup games in England and Scotland that I'll generally ignore unless I decide on a goals bet.
The EFL Cup is all about team news and most managers will make changes. If possible wait until line-ups are announced before having a bet or just go for goals. The live game is Salford v Leeds and it's a big occasion for the league new boys.
I'd imagine they'll be close to full strength but Leeds should be too strong if they play at least half of their first-choice players. Both to score could be the call here.
The Tunnock's Chalenge Cup ties are equally tough to call and again goals are preferable to WDW bets.
For the Top Treble I'm not taking too much risk with Celtic, Ajax and Dynamo Kiev +1 with reasoning on the other post.
I've tipped goals at Parkhead and for a both to score treble I'm adding LASK v Basel and from the Europa League Nomme Kalju v Dudelange. Basel are going to have to go for broke having lost 2-1 at home but are likely to concede again after doing so in five of their last six.
Luxembourg side Dudelange won 3-1 at home and while we saw how poor Nomme were against Celtic they'll give it a go and should at least score.
Dudelange's last six have seem both sides scoring and it's the same for Nomme if you take out their matches against Celtic when they didn't find the target. Update: Nomme game is a loser so if you still want to do the goals line take the other two and add Salford v Leeds.
My Super Single could be Celtic and both to score but I already have the Scots on my two lines and I don't want to make it three.
On Monday I took a chance on a treble and it was beaten by Gothenburg being held at home to Falkenbergs.

I missed my usual pre Derby team news, apologies. Life just gets in the way of stuff when you don’t want it to.
Saturday saw Derby fluff their lines, partly due to a poor penalty miss by Derby, and even though there was a bit of action during the match, it ended goal-less – yet the 3 previous head to heads at Derby saw a 2-1 score-line to the Rams. Had we drawn at Huddersfield and won at Derby, 4 pts and the Rams faithful would be happy, a win away and a point at home really feels like 2 pts down the drain – they can easily mount up come next May. At least we can have a chuckle at Chelsea’s expense. I wonder how long that honeymoon will last.
EFL cup action tonight with Derby away to Scunthorpe. The home side would like to test themselves I’m sure and Derby will make changes. A few new faces have hardly played yet, so I am expecting maybe 5 or 6 changes to the line-up that drew against Swansea.
It’s been a while since we were knocked out of a domestic cup so early on, and I think Derby will go for it tonight. I know its a cup game and anything can happen, but 8/11 for the Derby win with bet365 surely has to be a gimme. I honestly think we’ll cover a -1 handicap, but I’m trying to stay grounded.

Applying the acca edge which means if one game fails but the other two succeed you get your stake back, £10 returns £312.40. Without acca edge it was around 38/1.
Like you I’m a big fan of Al Sadd but they do usually concede even to poorer teams and to have a champions league game against your main domestic rivals , you’re guaranteed both teams going at full throttle.
I think Chelsea will score tomorrow. Expect Willian to play and I believe he will raise his game this season after inheriting the no 10 shirt.
If there’s a weak link it could be the Celtic game which I think Cluj are capable of an upset possibly on away goals (though I hope not).
