THERE weren't many Champions League surprises but Man City's loss at home to Lyon was a big one.
The antepost favourites were strangely subdued with pep Guardiola watching from the stand and I pity anyone who has backed them on the outrights!
We go from Champions League to Europa League with Celtic, Rangers, Chelsea and Arsenal all in action. I've posted a preview covering the Celtic and Rangers matches and will add to that in the morning.
Well done to all the winners last night – my Super Single was downed by Cristiano Ronaldo's red card, the double by Shakhtar drawing and the treble by Man City. So not a good night after a cracker on Tuesday.
I've now added Europa League tips – and added some thoughts on Chelsea and Arsenal games to the EL preview.
There will be no Saturday Super Single shortlist this week as one team stands out. Scottish League Two leaders Edinburgh City are 21-10 at Queen's Park and it's too big.
Queen's have lost experienced boss Gus MacPherson who has been tempted back to St Mirren by Oran Kearney and it's a big loss. City should enjoy their Hampden experience against a side that has failed to score in their last two.
Remember to have a look at welovebetting for their tips and video chat.
