STEVE CLARKE insisted Kilmarnock could win the league – Celtic players showed that idea was just ridiculous.
I tipped Killie to run the champions close at a big price but Brendan Rodgers's side showed no mercy to leapfrog them to the top of the table.
That beat the Killie +2 Super Single and Rangers can return to first place if they win by four goals at Dundee. That's a tough ask against an improving side, without leading marksman Alfredo Moreles and a Europa League trip to Austria to come I'm sure Steven Gerrard will settle for any win. I've posted a Dundee vs Rangers preview.
With the Champions League groups finishing on Tuesday and Wednesday it's a fairly quiet Sunday with Newcastle v Wolves the Premier League offering and that's not easy to call.
Games to look at on the Continent include Huesca vs Real Madrid which kevinmac has previewed, Milan v Torino, Borussia M'gladbach v Stuttgart, St Etienne v Marseille and Sporting v Aves.
I've found it tough to pick much today but going with two trebles. First up it's goals – both to score at Basel v Zurich and Empoli v Bologna and over 2.5 goals at Sporting v Aves.
The Swiss game was flagged up by hairyheid and wasclueless so here's hoping. Empoli's last six have seen both scoring and it's happened in five out of six for Bologna. There have been 27 goals in Empoli's last six and 20 in those five of Bologna's although there other game finished 0-0.
Five of Sporting's last six have also seen both scoring and it's the same in Aves' last four.
I'm starting the Top Treble with Borussia Monchengladbach and I'm sure they'll feature on loads of lines. They've been beasts at home and still boast a 100 per cent record with 18 goals scored and just three conceded. Stuttgart have picked up just four points on the road from 21.
Add Real Madrid at a Huesca side who have lost four in a row. Real look back on track after successive 2-0 wins against Roma and Valencia as well as a crushing cup win by their reserves and should win this by at least two – although for the purpose of the treble I'm taking them just to win.
Complete the treble with Nacional draw no bet at home to a Boavista side that's failed to score in four. Both sides are struggling but Nacional have lost just one in five and come into this on the back of league wins against Aves and Maritimo so things are looking up. Should win but I'm playing safe with draw no bet.
Well done to all the winners on Saturday including Greg who napped over 2.5 goals at Celtic and Scott Allot with top-notch European trebles out of two. Scott has picked a members bet and posted some match previews today.

DELIGHTED to see Borussia M’gladbach playing at home today, they are absolutely ruthless and should secure another 3 points at home to struggling Stuttgart

There can’t be many teams who are as dominant at home as the todays hosts – they’ve won all 6 matches (2-0 2-1 3-1 4-0 3-0 4-1) and will be looking to continue their 100% home record against a Stuttgart side who are very much in a relegation battle.
One reason for Gladbach’s terrific start to the season is the form of striker Thorgen Hazard – The 25 year old has 9 goal sin his last 10 matches and he absolutely loves playing at home as he aims to make it 6 consecutive home matches with a goal.
The visitors away from in the league is grim viewing – played 8 – L5 – D1 – W1. This will be their biggest test to date on the road and I can’t see them leaving here with anything against a side who have been terrific this season especially at home.

Paddypower have this down as a loss, which meant that the treble I had up lost, which included Newcastle/Wolves >0.5 mg and Real Sociedad/Valladolid >4 fh corners, which both won.

Was due to lose a lot of money today after a dull Sunday and breaking the rules and chasing! Won it back plus some on two games thanks to the tips from hull in the Bolivian league and Greg Witt his bundesliga tip as got good odds second half. Great tipping as always guys keep it up!
