IT'S been a long time coming but Friday heralds the return of league football and there are some decent matches.
In England we have Ipswich v West Brom and Coventry v Peterborough and both could score.
Two strugglers meet in Germany as Leverkusen tackle Stuttgart – both have conceded 24 in 11 so could be goals here too.
It's tight at the top of La Liga and Alaves can hit the front by winning at third-bottom Leganes. They are just under 3-1 at Marathonbet which looks big while Alaves draw no bet pays 17-10 at Marathonbet.
Been some discussion about this game on the site and bixieupnorth is correct to suggest bookies know something to have priced Alaves so high. Leganes are improving, no doubt about it, and did beat Barcelona.
Alaves have a poor record there too so I've decided to be cautious and leave it out. But maybe it's just a Black Friday deal they didn't tell us about.

Odds for this market are generally around evens. Picking certain leagues and teams with some research can tilt that even money bet completely in your favour.

Like many on here today i for one cant get my head round the CD Alaves price either and im a value man so based on the research i have done ill be having a go on them both DNB at 6/4 and single to win at 11/4 various. WHY? here
They face Leganes away who are in struggling form as of late without a win in 7 conceding 9 goals in their last 4 HOME games – sitting in 18th place. Alaves are sitting 4th 1 point away from top spot Barcelona
And have scored at least 1 goal in 5/6 away games and that 1 other game was away to yes Barcelona.
They are becoming one of my favourite Spanish sides and have serious threat upfront with Ibai Gomez & Jonathon Calleri & the manager has seriously got things going at the back, however they do need to perform better in their away games if they are to continue this fantastic run. One key stat i did notice also was that they have scored FIRST in 5 of their 6 away games.
I see excellent value at 4/7 for them to score a single goal but I will be having a small dabble on dnb at 6/4 as price too good to ignore with form etc and also on them to win

Mk dons come into today’s game following a solid 2-0 win over Macclesfield where they again kept another clean sheet and that’s 7 clean sheets in 6 in 8 games in the league. They face an out of sorts Stevenage who were going ok but the wheels came off and they shipped 7 goals in 5 games and only picked up 7 points. Dons are top of the form table also with 13 points from 5 games and a massive 10 scored and only 2 conceded. They have the best defence In the league with only 10 conceded in 18 matches which is impressive and currently sit top on 37 points. RETURN of French Ligue 2 tonight and its always hard I feel after an international break, clubs lose momentum, and those struggling have a fortnight to regroup and see the return of injured players. There’s one match I really like the look of though

While I am not a fan of the most obvious stats there are some I look into a lot, while studying the way a team plays I look at chances created and conceded while looking at how these chances came about,
I prefer to trust my eyes and watch previous games rather than just believe someone else and read stats
Got to reiterate the dangers of backing Alavés, while they sit fourth in La Liga just one point off top that position flatters them massively, analyse their stats and you see that luck really does play a big part, Alavés on the field create very few chances but concede plenty of chances to their opponents and while that is okay at the moment, long term it spells disaster, Alavés currently have 23pts but that’s about 11pts more than their stats say they should have.
On stats Ipswich are improving slightly with every game and West Brom have been playing better than their stats suggest, they did beat Leeds 4-1 last time but while it was an improvement Leeds did underperform, here West Brom should comfortably score twice although anyone who likes a Uk Friday night game stat should be aware that the most common score by far is a 1-1 draw “hopefully not tonight though”
Lokomotiv Moscow should win this but Ural should also score,
Ural tend to score in their games and do create chances and the stats back that up, the stats also show us that Lokomotiv Moscow are likely to concede again

Half of these goals were scored away from home and 5 of the 7 goals were scored in the first 2 away games of the season. In the last 5 away games Cambuur only scored 2 goals and failed to score in 3.
