STATS wise the game that should produce goals today is Spurs v Man City with 35 netted in the last seven meetings between the teams.
City have actually won the last three 4-1, 5-1 and 6-0 with Sergio Aguero netting seven times in those clashes so he will be backed at 1-1 with bet365 and Ladbrokes to net again.
However, City have regressed this season and this should be a much closer contest with Spurs possibly nicking a point. City's last clean sheet came in December so both to score at a biggest 1-2 with Betfred seems the best bet.
Biggest game on the final day of League One is Colchester v Preston. An away win guarantees North End promotion ahead of MK Dons while a home success is needed to give United a chance of beating the drop.
Colchester's last three have brought up btts and they lost 4-2 at Deepdale earlier this season. Both sides will have to attack so hopefully there will be plenty of goals.
Same goes for MK Dons who must win and hope Preston don't. MK already have a better goal difference so the only target they have is to win the game.
But having hit 55 at home and 15 in their last four you have to fear for relegated Yeovil even though under new boss Paul Sturrock they have stop shipping goals at the rate they were earlier in the campaign. Over 2.5 goals is 4-9 at Betfred while over 3.5 has a chance at 19-17 with 888sport.
3pts Goals Treble
Spurs v Man City btts (4pm)
MK Dons v Yeovil over 2.5 goals (12.15pm)
Colchester v Preston btts (12.15pm)
(3-1, Ladbrokes)
Eastleigh over 1.5 tgs 11/4 @bet365
Yes, this is a tough game but Eastleigh have scored 2+ goals in their last 4 away games and have won 8 out of 9. In fact, they have scored 2+ goals in 7 of their last away games. Bristol rovers being one of them. My prediction would be btts but I can’t just ignore the odds for over 1.5 tgs.
GL
EASTLEIGH are facing GRIMSBY (sorry forgot to mention)
Ah, this is the wrong thread… :/
Paul you missed a great night last night.im sure we will catch up soon.
Clarky, I had a good night too thank you. How’s the Lucky Break looking?
Paul like most of Clydebank its a dump, but the band had only 2 Scottish dates on this tour and Friday in Glasgow was sold out.
Not the sort of place I would normally go for a night out.
Clarky, it was an old haunt of mine when I worked at the Clydebank Post. I remember playing a frame against a young Stephen Hendry for a feature in the paper – I potted a red and a black and thought I was on my way but he just about cleared up after that.
Think it’s went down hill since then Paul.
But I see there trying to put bands on most weekends.
Was at the lane today, like most of the time.
How we never scored, I don’t really know
City got lucky
