THIS line has to start with Man United v Real Madrid. It's one of the most-anticipated games of the season and hopefully it will live up to the hype.
And with attacking players such as Robin van Persie, Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney and Mesut Ozil on show there will surely be plenty of goals.
Both teams of course scored in the first leg in Madrid and it was 4-3 in that memorable Old Trafford Champions League meeting in 2003. The last four meetings have produced 18 goals with both scoring.
Next head for the Championship and Bolton v Blackburn. It's always a hard-fought Lancashire derby and should be full of incident.
Bolton are edging towards the play-offs after a run of four wins in six and should pick up the points here. But they have only kept one clean sheet in those six matches and although Rovers haven't won since beating Arsenal in the FA Cup they have goals in them and Jordan Rhodes is always likely to hit the target.
Next I'm going down to League Two with Oxford v Rotherham. Five of Rotherham's last six have seen both score as have the last three meetings.
Oxford are in decent form with three wins out of four, including at home to Port Vale at the weekend, so they should at least be on target.
Now it's up to Scotland where the SFL has produced a high percentage of goals per games recently.
Kick off with Ayr v Brechin. Ayr's last six have seen both score and all have been over 2.5 goals, totalling 25 goals. That included a 2-1 defeat at Glebe Park.
Five of Brechin's last six have brought up goals galore including a 3-3 weekend draw at Stenny,
2-2 draw at East Fife and 4-1 win at Forfar.
Complete the line with a match between two sides whose two meetings this season have produced 15 goals. Stirling beat Berwick 6-3 at home then lost 4-1 away.
Albion are on a six-game unbeaten run that's lifted them from bottom to sixth and victory at Shielfield Park will edge them ahead of Berwick so that's a massive carrot for the team in form.
But don't dismiss Berwick who have lost just two in seven – to leading duo Rangers and Queen's Park.
More importantly for this market both teams have netted in their last seven at an average of four goals a game.
