LOGGING on to this site has been a geography lesson this week with punters learning about teams they'd never heard of.

Last night for example there were wins for the likes of Sutjeska, Albirex Nigata, Novara, Sint-Truiden and ENPPI – all tipped up by site regulars.

And already today I've seen backing for Tampines, Oostende, El Ismaily and Garcilaso among others. If you know where they all come from without googling you're geography's better than mine.

I'm counting down to the World Cup qualifiers on Friday and before that tonight there is a glamour friendly between Brazil and Italy, live on ITV4.

It's an interesting one and it could be Neymar v Mario Balotelli and hopefully a few goals in Geneva.

Italy haven't won any of their last six friendlies but have named a strong squad for this one while Brazil of course lost their last outing at Wembley when they went down 2-1 to England and looked fairly ordinary in the process.

Friendlies are always tough to call but Italy look a big price at 14-5 with BetVictor so I'm going to factor in a stalemate and back Italy draw no bet at 13-8 with bet365 and BetVictor.

Brazil are a best 21-20 at BetVictor and Ladbrokes and will have on show the likes of Neymar, Fred, Hulk, Oscar … and David Luiz.

I'd never invest too much on a friendly but draw is the likelihood and with so many class strikers on show look at both teams to score at 5-6 with Coral, Paddy Power and Betfred.

Neymar is first-scorer favourite at 11-2 with Ladbrokes while Fred and Hulk are 7-1 with the same firm. Balotelli is 15-2 at bet365 while on-form Roma star Pablo Osvaldo is 8-1 with bet365. If you're betting on Pablo Osvaldo be awar there is also a Pablo in the Brazil squad.

There are also some European Championship Under-21 friendlies and England will be well backed, albeit at a short price, to beat Romania. They are just 1-3 at bet365, Paddy Power and Ladbrokes so look at minus on at 10-11 with William Hill and Paddy Power.

Again as it's a friendly be careful with the takes but England look to have too much firepower with the likes of Tom Ince, Marvin Sordell, Wilfred Zaha and Raheem Sterling in the squad.

I won't be considering a first-scorer bet until I see the starting line-up but if he plays I'll back Andros Townsend to net at anytime. The midfielder's enjoying his loan spell at QPR from Spurs and has rattled in a couple of great goals in recent weeks.

He is 10-1 at bet365 to score first and 11-4 with bet365 and Coral to net at anytime.

I've doubled England -1 with over 2.5 goals in Hungarian clash between Videoton and Pecs. Bounty Hunter first alerted us to goals in Hungarian games a few weeks ago and both of these sides have been scoring heavily.

As usual be free to put your own tips – from anywhere in the world.

    England U21 v Romania U21, Thursday 19:00, ESPN, Match odds: England U21 1.31, Romania U21 8.2, The Draw 4.8

The Neville-isation of English football has continued with the confirmation that Phil Neville will join Stuart Pearce’s coaching staff for this summer’s European U21 Championship.

Older brother Gary is already a key part of the senior set-up having been recruited as a coach by Roy Hodgson last year.

Meanwhile Phil, whose eagerness to enter management post-retirement led him to sound out Jose Mourinho about the finer points a few years ago, got involved with the Young Lions briefly last spring while Pearce was performing caretaker duties for the main side.

The Everton skipper is viewed by the FA as a potential replacement for Pearce, who has been in charge for six years and achieved great results yet has still struggled to convince the public and is out of contract after the tournament.

Pearce said: “Can Phil be one of my future successors? Yes, that’s the plan. The FA have their eyes on him and want to push him on and we want to encourage that.”

For now though, three months prior to their trip to Israel to compete with the host nation, Italy and Norway in Group A, they are taking on non-qualifiers Romania at Wycombe’s Adams Park.

The hosts are worthy 1.3 favourites for the victory given that they possess the kind of form that would render a Pearce exit instigated by anyone other than the former defender grossly unfair. Not only have his team won seven on the spin; they haven’t conceded a single goal in the process.

Blend in the fact that the Young Lions have never lost to Romania in five meetings, two of which occurred this decade, and that the visitors were felled 3-0 in their trickiest away qualifier against France (who later lost in the play-offs), and there is no obvious reason to fear an end to the streak.

Recommended Bet: Back England U21 to win to nil @ 2.3

Italy face Brazil in Geneva on Thursday night, in an international fixture between two of the most highly decorated and respected countries in the game.

Despite being classified as a friendly these two proud football nations know there is much at stake and as Andrea Pirlo put it earlier this week, when Italy are involved, and especially when the opponents are Brazil, there is no such thing as a ‘friendly’.

Following on from their impressive showing at Euro 2012 the Azzurri have continued to develop under the guidance of Cesare Prandelli, and currently top their World Cup qualifying group as Malta await their arrival next Tuesday.

Italy have acquired many new admirers for their style of football under former Fiorentina coach Prandelli, who has laid the foundations for future success on a young crop of players that can represent the national side for years to come.

He will hope to use this game as a measure of their evolving maturity but also to attain answers about their future prospects when tested against difficult opposition.

The clash in Switzerland is a mere preamble to this summer’s main event with the Confederations Cup taking place in Brazil. The Italians will be present, but they will ultimately be focused on the immediate challenges ahead.

Despite impressing on the biggest stages their record in friendlies under Prandelli is woeful, with the draw against the Netherlands last month ending a run of five consecutive defeats.

In addition, Italy haven’t beaten Brazil since Paolo Rossi’s sensational hat-trick back in the World Cup in 1982. Since that encounter, the two sides have met five times, with the Seleçao winning the last two games comfortably by two and three-goal margins respectively.

However, hope does exist for the Azzurri following Brazil’s defeat against England at Wembley last month, a game that marked the return of Luiz Felipe Scolari.

‘Big Phil’ does not have the luxury of time with the pressure building to provide immediate results with failure on home soil next year simply not an option. That could work in Italy’s favour and they look worthy of a small investment to win, despite the likelihood that Prandelli will use the game to test different personnel.

Injury has denied Scolari the chance to field the likes of Ramires, Paulinho and Lucas Moura, but in Neymar, Hulk and Oscar he still has a quality-laden squad at his disposal.

However, the Brazilian defence will face an inspirational Mario Balotelli who has been in great form since his switch to Milan in January, scoring seven goals in six games for his new club.

A focal point for Prandelli since his appointment, ‘Super Mario’ is expected to lead the line along with team-mate Riccardo Montolivo and Roma’s Pablo Osvaldo in an attacking trident tested in training on Tuesday.

This game has the makings of a thoroughly entertaining clash between two heavyweights of the international scene, and with it being played as if it were a competitive game, drama is likely to ensue.

Italy have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last four outings, while Brazil have gone three games without shutting out their opponents.

That suggests there are definitely goals in this game, and Prandelli could be set to receive further encouragement while simultaneously piling more early misery on Scolari.

    —————————————————-

Reading’s decision to sack Brian McDermott last Monday was attacked, not just because it was harsh after he lifted them into the Premier League – such ruthlessness is now expected – but due to the unlikelihood of attracting a quality replacement.

Whereas in January, there is time to refresh the squad with a new signing or two and weed out any negative influences, anyone recruited now is stuck with the mess that they inherits and has only eight matches to transform their fortunes. At least five of those may need to be won too.

With transfer market savvy and organisational prowess neutered, force of personality is arguably the greatest asset to inject in such circumstances. That perhaps explains how Paolo Di Canio, though hugely under-qualified after less than two years working in League Two and League One, came to feature so prominently in the early discussion, yet he has since drifted to 18.5.

The lack of appetising candidates or publicised interest in the eight days since McDermott’s exit appears to vindicate the view that Reading’s timing was out. However, the next manager market landscape was altered on Wednesday afternoon with Gus Poyet suddenly a 1.81 frontrunner.

Poyet is also fairly inexperienced after just over three years in charge of Brighton, but there is little faulting the work that he has done having topped League One in his first full season and guided them into serious play-off contention in his second at Championship level.

Despite that, he has minimal experience of motivating a struggling side – doomed if their 1.09 relegation odds are to be believed – beyond his terminated role as Tottenham assistant during their infamous “two points, eight games” start to 2008/09.

Even if he is the best available option, is it really in his best interests to take it? Reading are seven points from safety with eight fixtures left. Brighton are outside the play-offs on goal difference and nine points shy of automatic promotion with eight to play and a team already attuned to his ideas.

Given that he has been talked about as possessing an outside shot at the Chelsea job – admittedly mainly by Ray Wilkins – is it really worth risking his reputation when the chances of success are rated so slim ?

Netherlands U21 travel to face Israel U21 in a friendly.

Cor Pot’s Oranje side are one of the most consistent teams at this level, and go into this clash having won their last five competitive outings – with a 3-2 friendly win over Croatia last month boosting confidence in the away camp.

Furthermore, five clean sheets from their last six underlines just how comfortable the Dutch have looked in recent months – and they will be desperate to maintain that positive form in a tricky tie here.

Pot has called up Jetro Willems to the squad and the PSV defender is set to make his debut – one of a number of the Netherlands squad who will be keen to secure his place in the final complement for the big tournament which starts in June.

With the 2013 U21 Championships set to take place in Israel this summer, both of these sides will be looking for a positive performance in order to boost confidence within their respective camps.

The hosts line up in Petah Tivka looking to make the most of this, one of their last friendlies before the Championship – and boss Guy Luzon will be looking to tinker with his squad here.

Israel have played only exhibition games for two years now, and this will be an opportunity for them to show how far they have come under their boss – and they looked handy in a 0-0 draw with Serbia last month.

But the home side will be without key defender Sari Falah, who has broken his foot – and Luzon has intimated just how much his side will miss the ever-present stopper.

They will be looking to the likes of captain Nir Biton, who has been attracting interest from Manchester City, to steer them to a positive result here, but I think that the consistent Dutch will be taking this game seriously as they eye their third U21 title, and will have too much quality for their hosts.

I used to follow the Singapore S-league a long while back when French side Etoile played in it. Was wondering who the hell Warriors were and have just found out they are the side formerly known as Singapore Armed Forces. They used to be not a bad outfit in this league winning the league a record 8 times. Don’t look in great form though and with Tampines looking for a 3rd title in a row and a 100% record after 3 matches I’ll be backing Tampines too.

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Mark, can’t see exactly what you are asking with points and commas in the wrong place but in priniciple the bet to be a winner needs two first-half goals. If there is one goal half your bets wins.

Westerlo would have got me just over £1k last night, had them minus 1 in a fivefold

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

JB, if you’re doing fivefolds you don’t need to factor in -1. The roll-up price for a fivefold is fine without putting in the handicap.

  27. DM 11 years ago

Whats your thoughts on the Tampines game?

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

DM, I don’t have any thoughts on Tampines game but I see they’ve been tipped up here by a few people. After putting up something for tonight my focus will be on the internationals on Friday plus the Saturday games. Got columns for the Record to do and loads for the site over the weekend so for now I don’t have time to look into teams such as Tampines (Singapore).

    • DM 11 years ago

Thanks! New to the site and would like to say I am impressed with the tips and community spirit :)

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

DM, that community spirit has taken a long time to forge but it’s good that it’s now shining few. You will always get winners on this site but you will see losers too. That’s the nature of the business.

  28. RabTheHermit 11 years ago

One to have a look at later may be the game in the Peruvian Primera. Its only 5 rounds in but already there is a trend throughout the division for home advantage usually counting. At this stage positions mean little but home Real Garcilaso have only lost once at home in their last 23 league game- probably longer than that but didn’t see any point in checking further. That single defeat came against the Champions Sporting Cristal. In those 23 matches they won 19 with 3 draws. They host Juan Aurich who they beat twice at home last year. The away side have lost 6 of their last 7 away games with the 1 win coming in their last game of the previous season against Sport Boys who were relegated.

I don’t know this league so small stakes on Garcilaso @ 1.80 (4/5) with Bet365.

  29. h0tsh0t87 11 years ago

    Tips for tonight are

    Hungary League cup play-offs 4.15pm

    videoton v pecsi

I have tipped on this league many times and all i can say is that this game wil have goals goals goals . Videotons past 5 games have had 18 goals in them with videoton scoring 15 of them . Pecsi past 5 games have had 24 goals with pecsi scoring 10 of them .

    Over 2.5 goals pays 9/10
    Over 3.5 goals pays 85/40
    over 4.5 goals pays 11/2

also got for over 1.5 first half goals pays 6/4

All of these odds are with bet365 and can change at anytime

Willie, I have a certain degree of sympathy when it comes to bookies mistakes. At the end of the day we all make mistakes so human error will occur. Odds compilers work under severe pressure – I know one or two of them – and if the mistakes weren’t allowed to be rectified then they’d be the ones hit in the pocket – not the firm as such.

  52. RabTheHermit 11 years ago

The odds on Ismaily seem to be going up across the board. No idea why. Managed to find the Egypt squad for tomorrow’s game with Swaziland thinking it may be to do with callups but as far as I can see there is only one player:

    http://www.newsday.co.zw/2013/03/18/pharaohs-name-strong-squad-for-warriors/

Only 2 foreigners in their squad so doubt it is down to the international.

  53. RabTheHermit 11 years ago

There seems to be a mixup with the venue in the Ismaily game. Soccerway have it as an away game for them and most bookies have it as a home game.

    • DM 11 years ago

Betfair also have it listed as ismaily away, any idea which is correct?

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Anyone got any international football tips for friday? Wales look an attractive price at 4-1. as do Serbia at the same price.

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Steve, my tips will be up in the morning and I’m sure others will offer up their thoughts too. Being a Scot I can’t tip Wales, though I have to say I was surprised at the price.

  56. steve 11 years ago

Thanks Mr fixit. With internationls any chance of doing a both teams to score and a both teams not to score. Cheers.

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Steve, sorry won’t have time. I have my Daily Record deadline on a Friday and have to meet that. There will be tips up in the morning on the Friday but I don’t what at the moment. Still working on them and Saturday’s card.

  57. Matchloz 11 years ago

Hi mr f. Who are videoton? Cant find them to bet on?

  58. Craig alves 11 years ago

just looked at tomorrows pricea on PP website, 7/2 for wales and only 5/6 Scotland, can see that price dropping by KO.ma treble at a quick glance will be croatia russia latvia

  59. DM 11 years ago

    0-1 tampines

  60. conor 11 years ago

trabzonspor -1 11/8 against drogheda only bet today

  61. Badham 11 years ago

Tampines made us sweat on that 1-0 lead by they’ve seen it through for a good even money bet. If Videoton come up too it’s been another good day. Matchloz their playing in the Hungarian League Cup Play Offs pal.

    • DM 11 years ago

      nail biter :)

  62. Striker 11 years ago

If you look at Videoton’s history in the League Cup, they’ve not been scoring as profusely as they have in the NB1. Hope they break the trend, but maybe they put out weaker teams for the Cup games.

  63. callum 11 years ago

any thoughts on red bull salzburg?

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Callum, sorry but I’m finished looking at Thursday, need to crack on with Friday and Saturday work.

    Italy vs Brazil

A couple of bets i like in this game is DRAW 5/2, Brazil werent that impressive at Wembley a few weeks back and looked poor at the back and that leads me to my 2nd tip in this game, love or loathe him you cant ignore the fact that super mario is in good scoring form recently and 7/1 1st goal 9/4 anytime look good too me, Finally i may have a cheeky tenner on a desmond at 16/1 as i can see both teams scoring.

    BET DRAW 5/2
    BET BALOTELLI 1ST GOAL 7/1
    BET BALOTELLI ANYTIME 9/4

    BONKERS BET

    2-2 16/1

Good luck if your having a bet tonight

  65. Bingo 11 years ago

Al Oruba 1-0 down at half time. Need to get the finger out 2nd half or Sheikh Mohammad Al Bingo will not be happy…

  66. Bingo 11 years ago

GOOOOAAAALLL Al Oruba!!! Nice early 2nd half equaliser. Hopefully get another…

  67. john 11 years ago

Just checked the Al Oruba scoreline and it’s still 0-0

  68. Murmoose 11 years ago

It’s become a recent habit to stare at the DANGEROUS ATTACK graphics on screen. COME ON AL ORUBA!

  69. Craig alves 11 years ago

haha and get your hopes up everytime only forbthe other team to e ‘in possesion haha worse when its in injury time

  70. john 11 years ago

I’m still getting 0-0 on the paddy power site for that game

  71. Murmoose 11 years ago

I feel like a 14 year old playing footie manager 99-00 again! Feelings of nostalgia and pure nausea.

  72. john 11 years ago

Can anyone help with this Al Oruba game? I’m still on 0-0 even though everyone is saying there has been goals

    • DM 11 years ago

try futbol24 it seems to be most reliable for live scores

  73. DM 11 years ago

    I see 1-1 on futbol24

  74. john 11 years ago

Just checked and it’s 0-0, tried futbol24 and soccerway, got a small bet on Al Oruba to score

  75. john 11 years ago

Noticed that there is an Al Oruba in the UAE and an Al Orubah in the Saudi league, i bet on Al Oruba in the UAE but soccerway is telling me it kicks off at 4:25pm….i feel like i’m in the twilight zone…lol

  76. Garry 11 years ago

Nice wee lift on Salzburg to score over 2.5 @13/8

Salzburg to score both halves @ 5/4

Thinking of same again Videoton ??

  77. Striker 11 years ago

futbol24 shows Al Arabi VS Al Oruba as 1-0 FT

while soccerway shows the game hasn’t kicked off yet and is due to start at 16:25

I wonder if the players know the score?

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Striker, it’s one of the problems betting on these sort of games. Bookies will eventually catch up on the result.

  78. Danny 11 years ago

  79. Striker 11 years ago

Videoton, 1 goal to opposition in already within 2 minutes. lol

    • DM 11 years ago

Looking at previous matches it looks like Pecsi frequently get the first goal of the match, within the first 20 mins.

  80. Greg Browning 11 years ago

Glad my over 2.5 over 3 and over 3.5 outweigh my single on Videoton! Ideal start :)

  81. Badham 11 years ago

    1-1

Videoton over 3.5 (off to a good start) :-)

  83. Deano 11 years ago

    2-1 . . :-)

  84. Rick 11 years ago

This Videoton game could NOT have started any better! Early goal for the opposition which pissed off Videoton who score 2 fast goals. The over 2.5 bet took less than 20 minutes to come in :D

  85. Danny 11 years ago

everywan comin roon tae teams theve never herd of be4 aye good stuff plenty 2 be made. 3 month ago good few folk thought it out n out nonsense bettin on out there teams not 2 the same extent but yersel included Paul

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Danny, I didn’t say that. All I asked was when you picked them in contests to give me a steer who they were or if they won to save me time. I don’t have anything against people backing sides such as ENPPI and Nigata.

    • Danny 11 years ago

not the way a ment it Paul mate a was just saying in general got some negative comments back aboot wit 15 month ago when a done my extraordinary tips people as good as laughed and put them doon nooadays there the spot on bettin on unherd offs

    • robert miller 11 years ago

as an opinion i made my point about it and a fair shout to all guys who are showing a profit over the long term on these teams as opposed to a loss however minimal

2.5 goals after 20 minutes god my tips are good today lol

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

hotshot, you’re modesty knows no bounds. They caught my eye after Bounty Punter’s tip a few weeks ago and the fact Pecsi also scored helped. Have you waded in to over 3.5, 4.5 etc or happy with what you’ve got.

  87. Greg Browning 11 years ago

John / Hotshot, even had there been a full card tonight, Videoton would still have been a top shout!

    Can’t are argue

    Over 2.5 – £70
Over 3.0 on Asian handicap £30
Over 3.5 on Asain handicap £25
    Videoton to win £75

Hopefully goes the same way lasts night other Seni final went

    :) :) :)

  88. h0tsh0t87 11 years ago

hahaha i have went over 3.5 and 4.5 at the odds i stated lol

also it doesnt take a genius to work tip this game looking at the goals for and against , form , lol

i am also backing Ismaily to beat El Entag El Harby the score is currently 0-0 but u are getting 4/5 for Ismaily to win . Going by form and head to head games this one should be a banker :p

  89. Badham 11 years ago

Haha hope not DM I think the early goal against us done us a favour! Probably shook them into life 2-1 now. If this comes in I’m up pleasantly today so think ill quit while I’m ahead although my take Paul’s -1 on the England game but no big stuff. Haha Hotshot very modest from yourself ;) well done mate.

  90. h0tsh0t87 11 years ago

Badham get on Ismaily in the egypt league 0-0 half time but the bet should easily come in :)

  91. Flyboivince 11 years ago

  92. h0tsh0t87 11 years ago

    yes its half time lol

  93. Deano 11 years ago

    Just threw £20 on Ismali @ 5/6

  94. Flyboivince 11 years ago

After 45 mins if play no shot on target for both teams , let hope ismaily’s 6 shot will be a shot on target heading for the back of the net

  95. h0tsh0t87 11 years ago

    good move deano

  100. AL 11 years ago

Looking at the cards market for the Sheff Utd v Brentford game on Saturday as Keith Stroud is the ref in this game, and to call him card happy is an understatement!

121 yellows & 5 reds in 32 games this season. In his last 4 games there have been 23 yellows & 1 red, including 9 yellow cards in the Yeovil v Swindon game the other night!

Only market I can see on bookings so far is on sportingindex

Does anyone bet with them? How does it work?

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

AL, we talked about this guy during the week. Beware sportingindex is a spread betting firm.

  101. Badham 11 years ago

Gota love this site at the moment in time with everyone’s studied tips!

    • DM 11 years ago

      3-1 Videoton

    • Allen 11 years ago

Mr Badham this site as you rightly said is great, but your tips over the last 2 days anyway, have been spot on.

      Continued Good Luck.

  102. Greg Browning 11 years ago

    Here here Badham!

All 4 singles in with 30 mins to spare :)

Been some week considering theirs not been much on! In a way these are the best weeks, less to think about!

  103. Garry 11 years ago

    Get in there Videoton

  104. h0tsh0t87 11 years ago

yes dm it sure is one more and im a happy bhoy

  105. Badham 11 years ago

Your right there Greg I always seem to win more on nights with a few games.

All of these odds are with bet365 and can change at anytime

    Good luck

    =========================================================

come on videoton one more goal haha is poker on tonight ?

  107. Greg Browning 11 years ago

Depending on how much you were waiting for you would have got a decent price for no more goal when it went 3-1!

Have been doing over 0.5 and 1.5 first Haf goals recently with – its been pretty successful so far! Anyone else on it? Get some really good prices

    • Rick 11 years ago

I do HT for Icelanic league cup games but most of the goals seem to be second half in those matches. A little surprised that the Videoton game was 11/8 to have 2 or more goals in the first half, would have expected tighter odds.

  108. h0tsh0t87 11 years ago

looking like the videoton game is going to stay 3-1 :( lol

  109. h0tsh0t87 11 years ago

Ismaily 1-0 alot closer match than i expected but what did i tell you it was a banker hahah

  110. h0tsh0t87 11 years ago

watching the videoton game and the two goalkeepers have pulled off point blank saves aaa

    • Rick 11 years ago

Seems like there were a lot of attacks, shame we couldn’t get a 5th goal in the game but I had Videoton in a double with Tampines (was a treble but B365 took out El Ishmaily), 1.5 HT goals, 2.5 goals, 3.5 goals, Video to score in both halves and Video to score 3 or more so yeah, that’ll do :D

Second time I’ve won a nice bit on Videoton, they’ll become my favourite team yet!

  111. Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Sean, waste of my time reading it. I’m going to delete because it’s not that funny.

  112. Danny 11 years ago

Saturday 23rd March Perth derby in the AFL

first round of the Season WestCoast Eagles should destroy the freemantle dockers around the 1/1 mark or so ive been told

  113. Sean Ireland 11 years ago

why did you delete my banker tip? were the odds wrong?

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Sean, it wasn’t that funny and too long.

  114. Rory's 11 years ago

Well I’ve been on this site for a few weeks now without commenting, some great tips. I’m only on hills and betfred and a lot of these obscure teams/leagues use have been tipping aren’t on these two sites. So basically I’m asking what is the best site to go to for these leagues and a nice bonus wouldn’t hurt either. Cheers in advance

    • Rick 11 years ago

Rory, Bet365 have almost all of these obscure matches. They don’t have a ‘free bet’ as it were however. They match your first deposit but you have to play through it(and your deposit) three times within a specified timeframe. They match deposits up to £200.

For example, if you deposited £100, Bet365 give you another £100 but you have to play through the entire £200 three times. So you need to make £600 of bets in order to withdraw the bonus.

Needless to say, you need to be a savvy punter to bet that much and have cash left!

    • Rick 11 years ago

And please correct me if I have given wrong information guys!

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Rory, bet365 as has been said is good but titanbet have a lot of them too.

  115. Greg Browning 11 years ago

With you on that one Rick! They won 4-0 in their last league game away to Egar! Bounty Hunter talked about then after they were scoring for fun in their mid season friendlies! That in turn alerted me to last nights other semi! 3-1 again

    • Rick 11 years ago

Things have been looking up since I sacked off English league football matches and bet on obscure leagues Greg! I still bet on goals and BTTS in England but trying to predict a winner in the Championship, League 1 and League 2 is worse than a toss of a coin since any one of the three results can (and often do) occur!

  116. Greg Browning 11 years ago

Rory, if you have a Bet365 account almost every game would have been available! You just need to look a bit harder! :)

  117. Rick 11 years ago

I would also recommend the Guatemala league as the teams have the highest home win % I have seen in almost any league in the world. The bookies have cottoned on but you can still make some cash.

  118. NBAgambler 11 years ago

AL, where did you find the stats on cards given? Especially broken down to specific referees!

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

NBAgambler, try soccerway or just google referee card stats. I think that’s how I found them the other night.

  119. Deano 11 years ago

Good shout on the Ismaily Hotshot87

    :-)

Videoton ended 3-1 so over 3.5 came threw :-) waiting on 3 more now.

Jus placed £10 on Balotelli first goal & Italy 2-1

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Danny, like everyone else I get some right and some wrong. No one can always put up a winner but the site’s beginning to develop nicely with punters putting up their own thoughts and helping each other out.

    • Danny 11 years ago

aye your right Paul nobody can get it correct 100% of the time. aye u must be chuffed the site is gawn along nicely some good tips/people kickin aboot

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Danny, this week actually is what it’s all about. People putting up good, reasoned tips on teams most have never heard of. The most impressive thing is virtually of the sides picked out won.

    • Danny 11 years ago

thats it mate as u know for a while a stuck up my tips on the understanding people had the same frame of mind but in the end a tip with a reason behind it will be appreciated better than just a list of teams to win know

any word on Anton getting unbarred hes a changed man nooadays

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Danny, I’ll speak to admin about your brother.

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Danny, need to watch your comments. Don’t let the drink do the talking for you.

    • Danny 11 years ago

cheers Paul in the grand scheme of things what he said wasn’t really that bad only a handful of people seen it changed days wid be no repeat that’s for sure

  123. dean 11 years ago

I think I need to go to the opticians because I’m sure I’m not seeing this right. San Marino at 126.00 William Hill ha ha. I know San Marino are terrible but I’ve never seen odds of a team to win at home so long. You would have thought it was to win the competition! I might stick a pound on them for fun, it’ll probably be better spent on the lotto though

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Dean, they’re that price for a reason and I’m sure you’ll get much bigger at Betfair and again inrunning when they fall behind. Save your cash or give it to charity.

  124. Badham 11 years ago

Cheers Allen appreciated. Everyone on the website has good tips and reasoning. If u can’t make a profit here I don’t think u ever will. I’ve got a couple of picks tmo but ill wait for the post tmo this is so full they’ll get lost ha.

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Badham, new post is now up.

  125. dean 11 years ago

Fixit, yeah I was just emphasising how unlikely San Marino’s chances of winning the game are by suggesting I have a better chance of winning the lottery.

  126. Mr Fixit 11 years ago

usa man, it’s an unfair comment unless you tell us why.

  127. Mr H 11 years ago

Just came across some very strange odds in the Rugby League in play. Half times score Leigh 12 Barrow 24 and Barrow are 3/1 opposed too Leigh’s at 2/9 ? Am I missing something here

  128. Mr H 11 years ago

Just tried too bet it and it says betting suspended try back later….wasn’t the only one that noticed then :( gutter

  129. Greg Browning 11 years ago

    2-0 England

On days like this it all seems so easy! Here’s to more days like this!

  130. Striker 11 years ago

Brazil Italy BTTS should be Evens shortly after second half kicks, should be worth a punt. Italy have had a lot good chances, and don’t think their pride will let Brazil win to nil even if it’s a friendly.

  131. Tommo 11 years ago

Bet365 took my bet there for the Rugby League match

  132. DM 11 years ago

Mr Fix see if you set up a site where you can give 50p to a £1 donations to a charity (like disabled children or children with special needs) for the lads on this site to give back from the tips they receive from this site. Mr Fix you could give it to a children’s hospital or a designated charity. Can you run this by admin please? Thank You. USA man

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

usa man, I have a contest in the Daily Record where we do something like that and have raised thousands for various charities over the years. Might be difficult to work online especially with all the nations involved.

  135. usa man 11 years ago

Not a bad night after Al Oruba let down my early double today. Took Mileseys tip on over 2.5 Italy v Brazil. £15 on for £30 return and put £15 on England U21’s -1, Spain U21’s -1 and Holland U21’s to win. £93 return for that. Lost a £10 on the darts tonight though… Anyone any tips for the South American games tonight?

Ponte Preta at 11/10 look good. Top of the paulista against rock bottom. Their opponents haven’t won a game in past 9 matches, losing 7 and drawing 2.

    two doubles for night

L.A Kings to win Dallas Stars.

the kings are in the form of their lives winning four and loosing just two and it seems to be other way round for dallas winning two and loosing 4 more so even though on head to head meetings dallas seems to head with 4 wins leaving L.A kings with just one , see the kings white washing the stars from dallas tonight.

    L.A King wins

    Chicago bulls Vs portland trialblazers

this is the last game between this two team this season the both are not playing well, but the bulls coming from a shocking defeat will be looking to walk over portland that has also lost the last six games ,also portland has the advantage on the head to head with eight wins from the last 10 games between the two sides for i think that will change tonight, as the bulls will be looking to ramp and ravage the portland defence.

Chicago wins (moneyline) or can try also try chicago -5

Gareth, got to admit it’s been a good week apart from Tuesday when strangely we were let down by a lot of English league teams.
