BOOKIES  have slashed the odds about Kenny Dalglish not being Liverpool manager by the start of next season from 5-2 to 1-1 after a run of seven points in 10 games.

It was a bad day for the club at Newcastle, losing 2-0, having keeper Pepe Reina sent off and see former Toon striker Andy Carroll launch a foul-mouthed tirade at his gaffer as he was subbed.

Carroll is 5-6 with William Hill not to score another Premier League goal this season and 1-6 to fail to make England's Euro 2012 squad.

Everton are now above their Merseyside rivals and are 5-4 to stay above Liverpool, 4-7 not to.

Carroll is 2-7 with Hills to be a Liverpool player on the first day of next season and 5-2 to be away (loan deals count).
