Play-offs in Scotland and a huge match at Stamford Bridge are focus of KevMac's best bets on Tuesday night.
Airdieonians v Greenock Morton
MORTON face another fight to preserve their Championship status tonight as they take on Airdrie in the play-off final.
The Cappielow side needed a last-gasp Craig McGuffie goal in extra-time to see off Montrose in the semis. And their task doesn’t get any easier as they head to the in-form Diamonds for the first leg of the final.
Airdrie also left it late in their semi, with Jack McKay’s strike taking it to extra-time before Calum Gallagher sealed a 3-2 win over Cove Rangers.
They have lost just once in 11 games so look a bit overpriced at 2/1 (McBookie) for a win tonight.
But I’m steering clear of a result and backing goals, with over 2.5 strikes priced 19/20 at Bet365.
Gallacher delivered for me in the semi and is 13/5 with Paddy Power for another goal tonight.
Chelsea v Leicester City
It’s a huge night in the race for the top four in England as Leicester head to Chelsea. The Foxes edged it in Saturday’s FA Cup Final but I fancy the Blues for revenge tonight.
Chelsea are 3/4 with Betway but the odds increase to 11/8 with the same firm if you double that with under 3.5 goals.
Champions Manchester City head to Brighton after a seven-goal thriller at Newcastle. Both teams play expansive football so I fancy over 2.5 goals at a best 5/6 with SBK.
Super singles
- Chelsea win and under 3.5 goals (11/8, Betway)
- Over 2.5 goals at Airdrie (19/20, Bet365)
McBookie star bet
- There’s not much between Airdrie and Morton, with the half-time draw paying 23/20.
