IT was one out of two for me in the women's semi-finals but I hope for a full house from the men's games on Friday.
I tipped an Andy Murray v Novak Djokovic final at the start of the tournament and several times during it so can't go against that now.
The world No.1 and No.2 are now just 1-3 at BetVictor to set up the showdown everyone's been predicting since the early exits of Roger Federer and Rafael Nafal.
Next up for Djokovic is Juan Martin del Potro while Murray faces big-serving Pole Jerzy Janowicz after surviving a five-set scare against Fernando Verdasco.
Let's start with the first match and it's difficult to see anything but a win for Djokovic against the Argentine who almost pulled out after the first game of his quarter-final with David Ferrer after twisting his knee. He battled on bravely after taking painkillers but it's impossible to see how the injury won't affect him against the world's best player.
Del Potro smashed some unbelievable shots against Ferrer but they were almost shots to nothing as he swung away without fear knowing the injury was there.
Djokovic is just 1-7 with Betfred to get the better of the 2009 US Open champion (11-2, bet365) and Ladbrokes' 10-11 on a straight-sets win is even more tempting as he hasn't dropped one yet.
Paddy Power rate Murray 1-5 to reach the final for the second year running and there is no doubt he has the tougher task. Janowicz is 17-4 with 888sport to cause an upset and will have backers.
It all depends on how his massive serve – he has been hitting it up to 140mph – stands up under pressure in what is the biggest match of his life.
Boylesports price the second seed at 6-5 to win in straight sets and it’s 14-5 at Sportingbet for a 3-1 success which is more likely while another 3-2 for the Scot who never gives up is 13-2 at Paddy Power.
Going by the Verdasco match I can't see it being 3-0 Murray but he's one of the best returners in the game so should get the better of his rival eventually. Murray to again lose the first set and win the match has a chance at 5-1 with Stan James as he could take time to get used to the Janowicz serve.
The best bet could be over 37.5 games at 11-10 with Paddy Power as Janowicz's serve is unlikely to be broken much and there is always the chance of a tiebreak but that's no bigger than 2-5 with Ladbrokes and bet365.

Think if people are backing an upset in the Murray game then I think taking janowicz 3-2 in sets at 8/1 which will probably be the score if janowicz wins, better than just taking him to win at 4/1
btts, as you see I’m on Murray but surely if you’re backing against 4-1 is a good enough single. You could do 3-2 at 8s and if he wins 3-1 you’d end up with nothing.

reidy, I agree with that. Janowicz is all about his serve. If his level drops or Murray susses it out early then he’s in trouble. Reckon he’ll make it as tough as he can but I can’t see Murray losing.
In Saturdays final I am veering towards this 5/1 shot- Bartoli to win the first set but to lose the match. I think Sabine may be a little slower to get going in this one although I expect her to prevail in the end. Taking her to win at 2/5 will hardly be very profitable.

I think Murray will win, all I’m sayin is if janowicz wins I think it will go to 5 sets, I cant see Murray losing 3-0 or 3-1

Betting 3-0 Murray at evens is too short to be worthwhile. I could hope for a good start by Jsnowicz then aim to be 3-0 Zmurray at around 3. However if Murray starts strong and follows through ill be screwed.

I lost my under 37.5 games bet, but managed to win it back on over 10.5 games in the fourth set. Gonna relax and no more bets today and watch this match and murray one, turning out to be really exciting.
