CELTIC have faced Icelandic sides five times in Europe and their record is flawless – five wins, 16 scored and none conceded.

Ronny Deila has been involved in three of those matches for an aggregate of 7-0 and the sequence should continue tonight.

It's almost job done for Celtic after a 2-0 first-leg win against Stjarnan that should have been more emphatic. Deila's side are a best 1-2 at Coral to succeed again and I'm happy to go with that even though there are slight concerns about a dodgy plastic pitch – one on which the Icelanders haven't won on at home this season.

Stjarnan looked a poor outfit and offered little at Parkhead and Celtic can win to nil at 23-20 with McBookie.

Leigh Griffiths missed a penalty last week but bounced back with a hat-trick in the friendly against Eibar – including a spot-kick.

However, that hasn't earned him a start and Nadir Ciftci keeps his place despite picking up a six-game domestic ban for biting Dundee's Jim McAlister last season. Ciftci is 7-2 favourite with various firms.

Last week I tipped Gary Mackay-Steven to score after netting in the first three friendlies but he injured himself in the warm-up and didn't take part.

He is expected to return tonight and I'll be on him at 2-1 at Ladbrokes and McBookie to net. Stuart Armstrong is another possibility at 3-1 with Betfred.

    I’ve backed something similar Mr F. I’ve gone for;

    Celtic to win to nil
    Dundalk vs BATE BTTS

    £10 pays over £40 with BetVictor. What’s everyone else fancy tonight?
