They’ve actually been the second best team in the east over there last 30 games, and the best team at home over their last 15 winning 13. Simmons will undoubtedly by rookie of the year, accomplishing what only two other rookies have done in NBA history. Over 500 boards, 500 assists and 1000 points. He and Embiid will get this done.
I’m going to say that Memphis’ win against Denver was an absolute fluke, but you can’t quite trust a team with a losing record. However, somebody has to lose and the Nets are rested over the one win in twenty games-Grizzlies.
The Nets have beaten Dallas and Charlotte over their last five, while beating the Bulls at home. All of these wins have come against teams with a higher win % than Memphis so I’ll happily take a chance on Brooklyn in this spot.

Early total in Rockets @ Blazers game is 214.5. This seems crazy low for 2 of the form teams in the league. They’re not built for D either so this comes down to who can score the most points for me.

Mar brought up a good point the other day that the OKC perform better against the top seeded teams, and tonight they should take advantage of a hurting Celtics who will still be without Kyrie and Brown. Westbrook has had five straight triple-doubles and I’d expect him to lead the way to a W tonight.
Double them up with a Raptors team who will be looking to bounce back from their first loss in eleven games, with OKC handing them a defeat at home last time out. They’ve won nine of their last ten away from home and should easily beat a Magic team who are well rested but lost badly against a second string Celtics.
