NO joy with Wigan yesterday after QPR broke their points drought with a 1-0 win at home.
Fairly big card but not many teams in my usual criteria today so this one is more of a gut than law of averages.
Watford host Palace in what I feel should be the most exciting game today. Watford have scored 2+ in both their games already so they’re okay going forward, while Palace opened their campaign on a high at Fulham, but lost out unfortunately on Monday to Liverpool. They were unlucky not to score and look a threat on the counter, which is exactly how they won at Fulham.
Like I said no stats to set this up but it looks the best for goals in my opinion. Two fairly even teams on paper, and you can see how the bookies respect Palace with Watford's appealing price on home turf despite two wins from two.
