IT could be all about Thierry Henry when Arsenal take on Leeds in the FA Cup.

The Gunners legend recently had a statue unveiled outside the Emirates but the Leeds defenders can be sure he won't stand and admire it.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has said 34-year-old Henry will play some part but hasn't confirmed whether he will start so check team news.

He'll be looking to sniff out a goal on his comeback and if he's on from the start take him at 9-2 with Betfred to score first. Henry is 5-4 with the same firm to net at any time.

Robin van Persie is on holiday in Dubai so if Henry doesn't start look at Marouane Chamakh who is 5-1 with Betfred and bodog.

There have been no major shocks in the FA Cup so far and I can't see Arsenal failing against a Leeds side who have a few problems.

Boss Simon Grayson will be without nine players so matching last season's 1-1 draw at the Emirates could be a tall order.

Key men Johnny Howson and Robert Snodgrass are missing as are the likes of Pat Kisnorbo and Alex Bruce.

Arsenal should win well but if 3-10 with William Hill is too short for you what about 8-11 with Ladbrokes minus one.

Leeds are a biggest 10-1 at Chandler and Betfred and top scorer Ross McCormack is 12-1 with Betfred to score first and 4-1 at William Hill and Skybet to net at any time.

Arsenal -1

(8-11, Ladbrokes)

Chamakh to score first

Paul is Chamakh not away to the African Cup.

Willie, I read that he was available to play tonight then go but I’ll be checking team news before putting the bet on. If he doesn’t start maybe Henry will. If neither of them do the player to look at could Oxlade-Chamberlain

I think Chamakh can play this match but is off to the African Cup later.

  3. Jamie Smith 12 years ago

fancy 3-1 to the gunners 10/1 tonight with henry last goal 4/1

Jamie, Chamakh starts so I’ll be on him for first goal before he heads for the African Nations. Henry as expected is on the bench but bound to come on.

Jamie. Henry on for Chamakh and scores to break deadlock. Amazing!

    Had to happen, didn’t it!!!
Why didn’t I put that bet on?
