LAST week the weather hit my treble so I'm hoping for better luck this time round.
I could have gone down the road of taking short-priced FA Cup favourites such as Man Utd, Norwich and Middlesbrough.
But anyone who wants to go that will be pick out their selections at a glance by looking at a coupon – they don't really need my input.
I'm actually leaving FA Cup ties out of my treble and start with Charlton at home to Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship.
I've been impressed by Charlton recently who have won three games in a row to storm up the table. Wednesday are heading in the other direction after failing to score in five of their last six matches including a 2-0 home defeat at home to MK Dons in the FA Cup.
Bournemouth suffered their first League One defeat since early October last Saturday as they went down at Walsall but bounced back well with a victory at improving Hartlepool in midweek.
Eddie Howe’s men can continue their play-off push with another win against mid-table rivals Crewe who have only lost one of their last five but their last three trips to the Cherries.
Complete the line in the Scottish First Division with promotion chasers Partick Thistle who returned to top form with a 4-1 beating of Falkirk last weekend.
The Jags' win ended a run of four without success and they are five points behind leaders Morton with two games in hand. Cowdenbeath are the visitors to Firhill and Thistle are chasing their third win of the season over the Fifers.
