Inter Milan vs Barcelona
UEFA Champions League. Kick-Off 8:00pm. Live on BT Sport.
MATCH of the night is In Milan where Inter host Barcelona and each side has the chance to secure a place in the next round with a win. For Barca the three points will be enough to them in to the last 16. For Inter, a win coupled with a draw in Group B's other match between Spurs and PSV and they'll go through.
Barcelona won the clash between the two sides at the Nou Camp on Matchday 3 by two goals to nil with goals from Rafinha and Jordi Alba. It was a match that Barca dominated, despite the absence of Lionel Messi.
The Argentinian could well return tonight for the Blaugrana after he trained with the squad at the San Siro yesterday. It would be a welcome boost for Ernesto Valverde's men and could tip the odds in the Catalans' favour, although the bookies already make them favourites to pick up the win at 23/20.
Aside from that defeat in Spain a couple of weeks ago Inter are in tremendous form. That loss is their only one in ten and they've seven straight in Serie A where they currently occupt second spot behind Juventus. It's a far cry from the shaky start to the season that saw Luciano Spalleti under pressure prior to their Champions League opener against Spurs. After snatching victory from the jaws of defeat in that one they've barely looked back.
With each side comfortably above the other two sides in the group it's a night where a share of the spoils might just suit both sides. Bet365 price up the draw at 5/2.
Goals have been on the cards for both sides recently with each of them scoring eight in their last two domestic fixtures. It's also noticeable that late goals have been a feature for both sides too. Each of Barca's last five matches have seen a goal scored in the last 15 mins and it's four from five for Inter. You can have 5/6 that the net bulges after 74.59 tonight.
