I PUT up my Wednesday selections on Monday evening and nothing has swayed my view of the chance of goals up at Darlington.
Just going to add a brief reasoning and background for another game that could be worth a look to double up with.
STJARNAN v FH (8.15pm)
Quick post but this one has obvious history featuring, as it does, two of Icelandic football's biggest hitters.
Neither team have been quite the force they have been the last two seasons but it’s probably just a matter of time with Stjarnan looking the more likely side to reclaim dominance though they have hit a wobble or two of late!
H2H-wise there is loads to go at and all recent stuff – 70 per cent of the last 10 have seen 3 or more goals with the same figure for btts. Around 60 per cent have seen btts and overs trapping and that looks a fair price.
The standout stat I can see comes on Stjarnan’s home turf where five of the last six H2Hs have all ended in a score draw – 1-1, 2-2, 1-1, 1-0, 1-1 and 2-2 being the scorelines. That’s an incredibly uncommon sequence of results/scores and it could pay to take note.
