Itseemslikeit made it two from two over fences with a good performance at Ffos Las.

He is a unit of a horse, and jumps brilliantly. I cannot believe he went off at odds of 5/2 when he was tipped up at 11/10F.

American Sniper ran okay up to a point when trying to make the running. He didn't jump the best, and was going out to his left on some occasions. He got tired very quickly and finished much further back than I ever thought he would.

Largy Belter was given a stinking ride by Harry Skelton. Horses can be keen, but when you've tried to restrain him for over two miles, and he's still taking a pull, you know you've messed up. I couldn't believe Harry did that, and it looked like it wasn't a day for trying on him. It wouldn't surprise me if they pop him in a valuable handicap and they front-run with him, and he wins with ease.

Toss Of A Coin 13/2 (1pt) – Exeter 2.02

I think this is a very competitive race, so hopefully, I'll be rewarded with good odds on Toss Of A Coin.

Alan Jones worked his magic with Toss Of A Coin on his stable debut at Chepstow. He was previously with Paul Nicholls, and Paul didn't manage to get him close to winning over fences.

He looked like a completely rejuvenated horse last time out on the back of a 300-day absence. If he doesn't bounce after a month off, he is surely in for another big performance on the back of that impressive win.

He cruised into contention and led before jumping the third from home. He pulled clear, but then idled or got slightly tired, and the winning margin was massively reduced. However, with a lot of time away from the track, a tired finish was to be expected.

The runner-up has since finished as runner-up at Kempton in a Class 3 handicap, so it looks like it could be solid form. He has only gone up 5lbs for the win, which should be fine with more expected to come from him now he's got his head in front.

Boyles Hill 28/1 (0.5pt EW) – Exeter 2.32

It's always a huge gamble backing Evan Williams horses, as they are planned to strike at certain points, but he has to be better than what we've seen on his previous two chase starts.

Exeter is close to the heavy storm taking over the south west of the UK, and should have had a lot of rain. If that's the case, the ground should be softer at the very minimum, and that should be enough to see Boyles Hill get the ground he enjoys.

He did very well on heavy ground last year, so testing ground is what he relishes. His two runs over fences have been on good and good to firm ground, so he hasn't been on ideal ground for those.

The form of his two final starts in the UK on heavy ground over hurdles looks like solid form. Lanesborough was a length behind Boyles Hill, and he is now 27lbs higher in the handicap after two big victories.

Evan Williams must have felt he was a nice horse as he sent him over to Punchestown for their spring festival, being his only runner in Ireland in a very long time.
