LAST time Hibs played Hearts it was a banker win for the Jambos.

Colin Calderwood's side were in a mess and their Edinburgh rivals were flying.

Hearts are still up there in third but for Hibs there has been a dramatic turnaround.

Caldo brought in four or five of his own players during window and has made his side difficult to beat.

They will still be the underdogs going into Sunday's derby at Easter Road but I've a feeling Hibs will take something from the game.

They are certainly due a break after five defeats in the last six meetings between the sides.

I think Hibs will avoid defeat and that pays 8-15 with bet365 on the double chance market.

To win Hibs are a best 2-1 at Chandler with Hearts 13-8 with Paddy Power.

Hills' goals v reds market on the Old Firm game proved popular and it's been offered again on tomorrow's clash. Back goals at 2-5 to outdo reds at 9-2 after both managers warned their players to behave.

Hibs are 5-4 at Hills to receive the first card with the Jambos 4-6 while a red in the match is 9-4 and none 1-3.

It's not as tense as the Old Firm derby but there have been a few sendings-off recently and I'll be on that 9-4.

Recommendations

  • Hibs v Hearts (red card, 9-4, Hills)
  • Hibs not to lose (8-15, bet365)
