THERE are some massively short-priced homes in the Scottish Cup this weekend as the big guns return to action after a winter break.

Kilmarnock, Hibs, Aberdeen, Inverness, Celtic and Rangers are all 1-6 or shorter (all at home apart from Rangers) against lower-league opposition.

All five to win pays evens  and while no one wants to do a five-timer that pays evens it’s probably the safest even shot you’ll see all season. It certainly won’t be that price come Saturday

The games are:  Hibs v Elgin, Aberdeen v Stenhousemuir, Kilmarnock Forfar, Inverness v East Kilbride and Celtic v Airdrie.

Anything can happen in football but it would an almighty shock if they didn’t all win. ICT are the weakest but are playing a non-legaue side. For the real big hitters a Hibs/Aberdeen/Kilmarnock treble pays 8-15.

Hibs will be big winners against an Elgin side who are leaking goals for fun in League 2 and I'll be on Hibs over 2.5 goals at 4-5.

Aberdeen host a terrible Stenhousmuir side who are rooted to the foot of League 1.

Fully expecting both Aberdeen and Hibs to dish out hammerings to the lower league minnows

The Scottish clubs take this competition seriously – fill your boots as there is money to be made from this card.

Recommended Bets:

  • Aberdeen / Celtic / Hibernain / Kilmarnock / ICT
    • 9/10 (McBookie) (NAP)  – Moneyback if one wrong
  • Hibernain over 2.5 match goals
  • Aberdeen vs Stenhousemuir / Hibernian vs Elgin
    • Over 2.5 match goals double 5/4  (Bet365) (NAP)

An absolute shambles from Aberdeen – at full strength, go up win 1-0 early on, Miss a pile of chances then lose a goal late on . Speechless
