YESTERDAY'S acca was hugely disappointing. The MK dons game was just very unlucky in finishing on two goals despite lots of chances. However my read on Manchester United was totally wrong, they really are frustrating! Ultimately the acca finished three goals short.
Hopefully Wednesdays fixtures will be more predictable.
Tottenham v Inter Milan (8pm)
After the clinical demolishing of Chelsea at the weekend Spurs will be feeling incredibly confident in facing the Italians at Wembley.
In the first game of this group Inter did a smash and grab number in the last five minutes to come back and win 2-1. Spurs will need to win this game to have a chance of progressing to the knockout stages so a convincing win would certainly help.
Borussia Dortmund v Club Brugge (8pm)
A win in this game ensures Dortmund will also make it to the knockout stages as they currently sit top of their Champions League table.
Dortmund have also won the last three games and all were over 2.5 goals. Brugge are also good for overs as they have seen four of their last five games hit over 2.5 goals.
PSV v Barcelona (8pm)
Barcelona's form recently hasn't been fantastic, especially without Messi, but they won the last game between the sides 4-0.
PSV have a good record for over 2.5 goals and have hit this milestone in four of their last five games.
PSG v Liverpool (8pm)
The last game between the sides was a five goal thriller at Anfield. Everyone knows the quality both teams have and their style of play just screams goals in this game.
Aston Villa v Nottingham Forest (7.45pm)
These two Championship sides currently sit mid-table but Villa have won their last three games and two of them were over 2.5 goals.
Forest have only won two of their last five games and I can see a convincing home win for Villa.
Swansea City v West Bromwich Albion (7.45pm)
There aren't a lot of outstanding stats identifying over 2.5 goals in this game but a win for West Brom would see them rise to fourth in the league and these ex-premier league teams will be eager to return there.
