We should be in for a cracker from Elland Road tonight where the top two in the Championship meet.

Leicester City are 2/9 favourites to return to the top flight as champions but they suffered an untimely wobble last weekend, losing at home to mid-table Middlesbrough and that’s opened the door for tonight’s opponents Leeds United as well as Ipswich and Southampton who are also within touching distance.

Leeds United remain unbeaten at home and are on an eight-match winning streak in league as they make their charge for promotion. Daniel Farke’s men are not only winning but they’ve only conceded once in those eight victories.

If anyone is likely to breach their defence it’s the Foxes who have scored more on the road than any other side in the league, failing to score just once away from home all season (at Middlesbrough 1-0).

Leicester are 13/5 to win and cement their position at the top of the table, whilst it’s 21/20 for Leeds to do the double over the Foxes and cut the gap to six points. The draw could be a result that suits both sides at 12/5.

Over 2.5 Goals pays 4/5 and despite Leeds’ tremendous defensive record, Leicester are more than capable of getting on the scoresheet. Adding in BTTS takes the odds to 21/20 and on a night where it looks difficult to call the winner that could be the best bet.

In Scotland Partick Thistle look a solid bet at 8/13 to beat Dunfermline in tonight’s live match from Firhill.

The Jags look certain to finish in the play-off positions and can cement third place with the three points this evening against a Pars side that haven’t won in nine and find themselves embroiled in a relegation battle.

Boost that 8/13 to 20/21 by including two or more goals for the home side in a BetBuilder.

Quite a lot to fancy tonight but going for following.

Leeds win – flying at present especially at home, where they are unbeaten all season, need to win to get back in contention to win the league. Happy to take them at 21/20

    Partick win and2 + mgs

  6. Allyboy69 3 months ago

    Sorry posted early.

Partick win and 2+ mgs – too strong for a terrible Dunfermline side, bit skinny as a win so add 2 goals or more together 17/20

Utrecht win and 2+ mgs – one of the form teams in Holland and undefeated in 6 since winter break, with 3 impressive wins on the bounce, again too skinny fora simple win, add 2 or more goal for 6/10.

Finally I’m going for Bayer Leverkusen to cover minus 1 against a Mainz side battling relegation. The first team in Europe at present should have too much at 6/10.

    Leeds win 21/20 NAP.
Add Partick win and 2+ mgs for 2.8/1 double NB.
Add Utrecht win and 2+ mgs for 5/1 treble. NB No2.
Add Leverkusen minus 1 for 8.7/1 4fold. longshot.

    Best of luck 👍

Another week of glorious Irish football is upon us. We had a good winner last week with Pats coming out 1-0 winners against a Galway side who were on top for large parts of the game. 7/5 was a good start and let’s try and keep the ball rolling.

My team Bohemians have plugged the hole at centre half, more of a giant sinkhole as we signed three centre backs in one day along with another striker.

This week it’s hard to find a lot of value in the premier division. Judging by last weeks performances St.Patricks again look good value at 23/20 against my team Bohemians although I couldn’t bring myself to tip that so we go to division 2.

Kerry FC are newly formed and have a lot to find in order to catch up to the rest of the league. They won one game in 36 last season and not much to suggest they will finish anywhere other than bottom again this season. They play a Bray Wanderers side who should have more than enough to see them off.

    Bray -1 6/4
    Bray -2 19/5

    Bray -3 10/1

    Evening gents,

Didn’t get on last night but decent return on the Liverpool corners full house Wednesday after a couple of crap nights!

I’m siding with goals in West Yorkshire but think there’s plenty of appeal about a 90 minute draw…I’m not brave enough though 😂
