Royal Ascot will be bigger than ever in 2020 after the Queen’s racecourse broke with tradition to serve punters up a whopping 36-race extravaganza.
The glittering fixture is historically limited to six races per day – hosting 30 heats each year since it was expanded to five days in 2002.
But, after receiving the royal seal of approval, Ascot bosses have beefed up the programe – Royal Ascot 2020 is due to take place in its original slot of June 16-20 – to include an additional six races.
Tuesday to Friday’s cards will consist of seven contests apiece, before the action climaxes with an eight-strong finale on Saturday.

Purely my opinion today based on watching the majority of the games last week…. Dortmund win.. should just be too strong… Monchengladbach DNB… Leverkusen flattered by a horrific werder Bremen defence… and following on from that Freiburg over 1.5 team goals.. and finally Bayern -1 as Frankfurt looked sluggish. Dortmund 17/20, Monchen dnb 17/20, Freiburg goals 19/20, Bayern -1 4/11… odds 9/1 accumulator with Betfair. Worth a spare £5 in my opinion.
I like the Super Single and am on 9/4 slight boost at Coral for it.
