Tuesday’s Football Bet of the Day sees me focus on the near-full card in the English National League, and there’s one side in particular that appeals to me to collect all three points.

Wealdstone will look to keep their playoff hopes alive as they welcome bottom side Maidstone United to Grosvenor Vale on Friday evening.
Wealdstone bounced back from their 5-0 thrashing at Halifax by comfortably beating the side directly below them in the National League table, Altrincham, 4-0. That result maintained Wealdstone’s strong record at home over the last few months, with Stuart Maynard’s side winning six of their previous seven National League fixtures in front of their supporters. The Stones have been in fine goal-scoring form in those seven recent home fixtures, scoring on 17 occasions.
After successive 1-1 draws at home to fellow strugglers Scunthorpe United and Gateshead, Maidstone was beaten 2-0 at the weekend away at Solihull Moors, leaving them nine points adrift of safety. That result on Saturday highlights Maidstone’s struggles on their travels this season, with The Mighty Stones boasting the division’s worst away record, collecting just eight points from a possible 54 (W2-D2-L14). Maidstone has registered just one clean sheet on their travels this season, conceding a league-high 47 goals across their 18 away league matches.

Maidstone look set for an immediate return to the National League South, with them currently enduring a 15-match winless run (W0-D3-L12) which sees them nine points adrift of safety. The Mighty Stones have lost 13 of their previous 15 National League fixtures on the road, and I expect them to fall to defeat away from home once more.
Wealdstone have won six of their previous seven National League fixtures in front of their supporters – scoring 17 goals in that run – and I’m backing them to secure another three points against their struggling visitors.
