Sunday’s Football Bet of the Day sees me travel to Turkey, and I’ve picked out one fixture that appeals to me for goals.

Ankaragücü will look to climb out of the relegation zone as they welcome eighth-placed Kayserispor to the Eryaman Stadium tomorrow afternoon.
Despite taking the lead in both matches, Ankaragücü head into this fixture off the back of successive 2-1 defeats following their loss away at leaders Galatasaray on Wednesday. Ömer Erdoğan’s hosts have registered just two clean sheets in the league all season, with just one of those coming in their previous 15 matches. However, the Ankara-based club have found the back of the net in 13 of their last 14 Süper Lig fixtures, scoring 20 goals.
Kayserispor slumped to their third successive defeat in the Turkish Süper Lig, as they were beaten 2-4 at home by the division's entertainers, Fatih Karagümrük. Çağdaş Atan’s visitors have now kept just a solitary clean sheet in their previous nine league outings, conceding two or more strikes in six of those. However, the Anatolian Star have found the back of the net in each of their last 11 league fixtures, scoring on multiple occasions in six of them.
Bet of the Day
Ankaragücü head into this fixture having found the back of the net in 13 of their previous 14 league outings, and given Kayserispor have scored in each of their 11 Süper Lig matches, I expect both of these clubs to get on the scoresheet once more.
Over 2.5 goals has landed in nine of Kayserispor’s previous 10 league matches, and given there have been at least three goals in 10 of Ankaragücü’s last 14 in the Süper Lig, I reckon there’s a good chance we’ll see another three in Ankara tomorrow afternoon with both teams contributing.
