Rangers will look to continue their pursuit of league leaders Celtic as they travel to Easter Road to take on in-form Hibernian in what should be a highly competitive affair.
Hibs’ impressive recent form continued on Saturday afternoon, as they came from a goal down to impressively win 1-4 away at Livingston. Following back-to-back thrashing’s at home to Celtic and away to bitter-rivals Hearts at the turn of the year, Lee Johnson’s side has gone unbeaten in each of their next seven Scottish Premiership fixtures – winning five of them to leave them just five points behind Hearts in third. The Hibees have found the back in 11/13 of their Premiership fixtures as hosts this season, scoring 26 times – with 10 of those coming across their previous three.
Rangers bounced back from their League Cup Final defeat to Celtic by comfortably dispatching away-day strugglers Kilmarnock 3-1 at Ibrox. Michael Beale’s visitors have now been victorious in 11 of their previous 12 Scottish Premiership matches, only dropping points in a 2-2 draw with Celtic in that run. The Gers have only failed to score at Celtic Park way back at the start of September in the league this season, scoring on multiple occasions in 21/28 (77%) of their Premiership matches.
Bet of the Day
Collectively, Over 2.5 Goals has landed in 19/26 (73%) of the pair’s respective home/away Premiership fixtures this season and given there have been nine goals scored across both previous meetings this season, I reckon there’s a good chance we’ll see at least three more in this one.

Both Teams have been carded in 46/54 (85%) of their Premiership contents this season, whilst referee Don Robertson has brandished a card to both sides in 11/12 (92%) of his Scottish Premiership assignments this season.
