Following Wednesday’s late winner in Germany, Friday’s Football Bet of the Day sees me head to the goal-laden Dutch second tier, and there is one fixture in particular that appeals to me for goals.

Cambuur will look to potentially climb into the top four in the Eerste Divisie table as they travel to De Vliert to take on second-from-bottom Den Bosch In a fixture I’m keen to back goals in, particularly from the free-scoring visitors.
Henk de Jong’s visitors are the leading scorers in the Dutch second tier, slamming in 45 goals across their opening 19 matches, with 24 (53%) of them coming in front of their supporters. The Leeuwarden-based club have made the net bulge in all 19 (100%) of their league outings – scoring on multiple occasions in 14 (74%) of them – and I’m backing them to score at least away to a Den Bosch defence that is without a clean sheet in each of their previous nine Eerste Divisie fixtures in front of their supporters, shipping multiple goals in seven (78%) of them.
Tomasz Kaczmarek’s visitors have scored 19 goals across their opening 19 Eerste Divisie fixtures, with 12 (63%) of them coming at home. The Blue White Dragons have made the net bulge in 8/10 (80%) of their league contests on home soil, and they will look to trouble a Cambuur defence that has recorded a solitary clean sheet in the league this season, with only three teams conceding more than their tally of 36.

Cambuur’s opening 19 matches in the Dutch second tier this term are averaging a league-high 4.26 goals per game, with Over 2.5 Goals banking in a league-best 16 (84%) of them – and given the same has landed in seven of Den Bosch’s previous nine league contests on home soil – I’m happy to have a punt on there to be three of more goals in ‘s-Hertogenbosch tomorrow evening, with the visitors scoring at least two of them.
