Manchester United’s poor start to the campaign continued at the weekend, as they were held to a goalless draw at home to winless Spurs despite having a goal and a man advantage heading into the final 15/20 minutes.
The Red Devils have now won just two of their opening eight matches in all competitions this season (W2-D3-L3) – with both of those coming at home to newly-promoted Ipswich Town in the Premier League and Sabah on MD1 in this competition.
Atletico suffered defeat on MD1 at Anfield against Liverpool, but it's been an impressive start to the season for Diego Simeone’s men.
Los Colchoneros won 1-2 away at Deportivo Alaves at the weekend, meaning they have won six of their opening eight La Liga fixtures (W6-D1-L1), sitting in second spot behind Barca.
