REAL MADRID and Ross County made it a decent Tuesday night's work.

County were my 11-4 Super Single and they won at Aberdeen to go joint second in the SPL.

All of my tips on El Clasico came up including Real to qualify and over 3.75 goals and I also predicted Leighton Baines at 11-4 to score for Everton.

I was disappointed with my treble and both teams to score effort but hope to put that right tonight.

One problem is that most of the teams I fancy are pretty short – Chelsea, Celtic, PSG, Bayern, Bordeaux.

So finding value won't be assuming you don't want to five or six-team accumulators.

Chelsea should beat an off-form Middlesbrough in the FA Cup but are no bigger than 4-9 (various). With Boro losing four of their last six I'm taking a chance on the Blues minus one at 6-5 with boylesports.

Biggest game of the night is Bayern Munich v Borussia Dortmund in the German Cup quarter-finals and like El Clasico there should be plenty of goals.

Bayern, who ended a run of five defeats to Dortmund with a victory in August, have been dominant in the Bundesliga this season and on fire in recent weeks.

They have netted 20 goals in six games, including that 3-1 Champions League success at Arsenal, and I'll be on them at 4-5 with Willim Hill. Dortmund lie second, 17 points behind Bayern, but have been concentrating their efforts on Europe and remain a good side.

Hopefully they will be play their part in a cracker and look at over 3.75 goals at 11-5 with bet365.

To Chelsea and Bayern I'm adding a French side to complete the treble. French Cup games aren't always easy to call but some of the last-16 ties seem one-sided.

For example Ligue One bottom dogs Nancy are 4-9 with Paddy Power at BetVictor at fifth-tier Venisieux and Bordeaux are 1-2 at BetVictor at fourth division Raon L'Etape.

Both should win against little-known opponents and best bet could be Bordeaux at 7-5 with Paddy Power to score in both halves.

PSG should see off Marseille at home for the second time in four days with a possible first start for David Beckham but for the treble I'm taking Lorient at home to Stade Brest.

Lorient have lost just once at home in the league and are 4-6 at BetVictor against a side with just one win in six.

Last night's Super Single was Ross County at 11-4 and I fancy Dagenham at a similar price away to Bradford in League Two. It's difficult to see how Bradford can recover so quickly from their 5-0 Wembley mauling to Swansea at the weekend.

Dagenham are struggling but beat Bradford earlier in the season and are unbeaten in four visits to Valley Parade.

It's a gamble and if you want to play safer look at draw no bet at 2-1 with Coral.

The Bayern game and ICT v Dundee Utd – flagged up in the SPL piece – start my both teams to score line. Add Ajax v AZ in the Dutch Cup with both averaging over three goals a game in the league.

Sevilla v Atletico Madrid – or Negredo v Falcao – should feature goals as both battle to set up a Spanish Cup Final with Real Madrid.

And complete the line with Braga v Benfica as the two rivals fight it out for a place in the final of the Portuguese League Cup. Braga have scored in their last 11 but kept just three clean sheets while Benfica may be less focused as they're fighting for the title and Europa League.

View from WAYNE MARDLE on Thursday nights premier league darts

    Robert Thornton v Gary Anderson
Gary cannot hit doubles frequently enough for his liking (or his backers for that matter) and he’d be right to be concerned, his confidence when finishing must be very low at the moment.
He’s up against an in-form opponent in the shape of the unbeaten Thornton and I think the Scotsman is a fair price to win his second game of the league (he’s drawn two). The Thorn is hitting 180s and double tops for fun and it’s very hard to back against him in this match-up.

Andy Hamilton v Michael van Gerwen
I just can’t oppose MVG in this one. He’s playing superbly well, he won the two tour events played over the weekend and is now the new world number 3.
He faces a toughy in The Hammer, but sheer scoring power should see Michael romp home.

    James Wade v Phil Taylor
Phil showed last week he’s still the man, averaging over 108 against Whitlock.
James played brilliantly last week in a welcome return to form, but he will have to do so again to get anything from The Power.
No surprises, but I expect Phil to win this.

    Wes Newton v Adrian Lewis
I just can’t pick between the two. Both can be stunning, both can be dire. This is a draw for me.

Raymond van Barneveld v Simon Whitlock
RVB suffered a set-back last week in losing to MVG, how will he react against Whitlock?
Simon is getting better every week and I think he might push the big Dutchman. If Whitlock starts well he has a massive chance, Barney isn’t a chaser and needs to lead if he is to win.
This could be a cracker – both are lethal on the 60-bed and love a big finish.

    Recommended Bets
    Back Thornton to win
    Back MVG to win
    Back Taylor to win
    Back Newton-Lewis draw

Chelsea have a huge tie against Middlesbrough in the FA Cup fifth round on Wednesday night, but no one seems to be concentrating on the football match in the build-up.

Instead, reports have been emerging this week of a heated training ground exchange between senior players and interim manager Rafa Benitez.

Following Chelsea’s 2-0 loss to Manchester City on Sunday, Rafa is thought to have accused some of his players of not pulling their weight for the cause and not listening to his instructions.

At the centre of the “exchange of views”, as diplomatically described by the Chelsea boss, was out-of-favour club captain John Terry, who apparently stuck up for his under-fire teammates.

Terry wasnot been selected for the game at the Etihad Stadium and was also omitted from the starting line-up for the first leg of the Blues’ Europa League tie in Prague.

The Chelsea stalwart has previously denied a rift with Benitez over his selection policy, though this latest development would suggest that there is certainly some needle there.

However, if Rafa is consistent with his recent selection strategy with Terry then ironically the ex-England captain should be in line to start against Boro.

Although Chelsea are still in the Europa League round-of-16, the FA Cup is surely still their best chance of silverware, although a trip to Old Trafford does await the winners of this one.

Standing in their way is a Middlesbrough side whose season has started to slide away from them recently.

Tony Mowbray’s team have now lost seven of their last nine games in the Championship, instigating a drop out of the top six for the first time since October.

Despite some unrest in the build-up, whatever Chelsea side is picked here should have enough quality to get past a confidence-drained Boro outfit, who’ve now lost three of their last five home games and would probably willingly sacrifice this competition for a promotion spot.

      Half With The Most Goals

One of Middlesbrough’s deficiencies which has contributed to their recent slump is an inability to get a grip on the match before the half-time whistle. You have to go back ten games to the home win over non-league Hastings in this competition for the last time Boro struck a first-half goal. Equally as sluggish before the break of late are their illustrious visitors. Only one of Chelsea’s last 12 goals in all competitions has arrived before the oranges are handed out.

Back the second half to contain the most goals @ 2.12

David Beckham will get a chance tonight to do something he’s been doing less and less of late – lace up a pair of adidas boots and actually play a game of football. After coming on to replace Javier Pastore (another of PSG’s superstars; what’s French for ‘Galactico’?) in the league game against tonight’s opponents at the weekend, D-Beck will take his place in the starting line-up for the Coupe de France game in place of Italy’s bright young thing Marco Veratti.

Veratti is many people’s tip to become the long-term replacement for Andrea Pirlo as the deep-lying playmaker or regista in the Italian national side, and it’s in this position that Beckham will line up tonight. Ancelotti appears to be of the belief that, aside from the commercial positives that arrived with his signing, Beckham’s best role is in the middle of the pitch where his dwindling pace won’t be as exposed and his exceptional passing ability can be most effectively utilised.

Traditionally, a role sitting in front of the back four involves some sort of protection of the defence, a role that Beckham isn’t entirely used to, but maybe Ancelotti feels that Beckham’s use of the ball will mean the lion’s share of possession for the home side and thus less need for ball-winning skills. It also depends who plays alongside Beckham in the middle. Blaise Matuidi isn’t exactly defensively robust, so there’s a chance PSG could be left exposed if they both occupy the centre of the pitch. Clement Chantome is another option, and he’s certainly more attuned to the role of breaking up play, so maybe that’s a combination the Italian boss will try. That said, Chantome was deployed from the bench on the right in the last meeting between the sides.

Beckham has of course played through the middle before in a ‘quarterback’ role for Milan and LA Galaxy with mixed success, and most famously occupied the middle of the pitch in the 1999 Champions League Final against Bayern Munich. His passing ability can be, in theory, better utilised, but as Sir Alex Ferguson once said, you then lose arguably Beckham’s greatest asset: his trademark crosses.

The league game between the two sides at the weekend was interesting. With the exception of Valbuena, Marseille didn’t really offer too much creatively going forward and that’s something they’ll need to put right if they want to get anything out of tonight’s affair. Andre-Pierre Gignac is having a decent season but of late he has failed to fire consistently, netting just three goals in his last ten games. His overall contribution is also open to criticism.

One of Marseille’s key problems is that they don’t have a large enough squad to compete on too many fronts. Of course, not many teams in European football have a squad to compete with PSG full stop, but the fact that Marseille will likely line up with exactly the same team that played at the weekend tells its own story.

For what it’s worth, I think the newest Beckham experiment will work tonight. He’s still got enough in his legs to be effective through the middle, and more importantly he’ll have excellent players around him. The hosts will shuffle the pack a fair bit, but they have a strong squad. They represent little value for the straight win at 1.74, but I like them to win by around the same scoreline at the weekend, so backing them at -1 in the handicap market at 2.94 looks like good value to me.

And who knows, we might just get a trademark Beckham free kick to send us on our way to a profit.

PSG to win with a handicap of -1 @ 2.94

Having endured a nightmare few days where they exited the FA Cup before being beaten by Bayern Munich, many observers declared the demise of Arsenal.

While there are still lingering issues for debate, not least the position of their manager, a cursory glance at the form table suggests that they may not be sunk so deep in crisis after all.

Looming on the horizon is Sunday’s north London derby but, as the Gunners approach this famous fixture, they actually bring the second-best form in the Premier League, bettered only by Manchester United.

Arsene Wenger’s much-maligned troops are actually unbeaten in five league matches, picking up four wins, one of which was a 5-1 thumping of West Ham at the Emirates.

Summer signings Santi Cazorla and Lukas Podolski have been in particularly inspiring form, notching four and three goals respectively across the last eight games in all competitions.

Tottenham themselves enter Sunday’s game off the back of three straight league wins, though the Lilywhites have only won one of the last four encounters with the old enemy, so Arsenal’s price of 3.2 to win holds serious appeal.

In the back of their minds, Andre Villas-Boas’ players also know that they let a huge lead over Arsenal slip last season, so they will be the ones carrying the extra pressure into the weekend clash.

The way the table is shaping up actually means this fixture, as important as it is for local bragging rights, may not actually be worthy of the winner-takes-all tag that it will be labelled with.

Most observers have spent the season inferring that Wenger’s side will miss out on fourth spot but, the way Chelsea are going, Arsenal may yet spring an ambush on those Champions League spots without needing to overhaul Spurs.

The Gunners are only two points behind the European champions heading into this weekend’s fixtures and, under Rafa Benitez, Chelsea are a side who can’t string a run of Premier League wins together.

You can back Arsenal at 2.08 to gatecrash the top four at present, odds sure to shrink if they beat Tottenham.

I fancy Sevilla 2moro, they gave as good as they got in first leg and appear to be hitting a wee bit of form at home. Could maybe see a 2-1 with Falcao snatching one and going to extra time perhaps?

Dya remebr the Scottish pro Eddie Sinclair Paul?? played him in an exhibition once..hada decen break but he finished off with a 60 odd…these blokes even Eddie and he was an average pro were something else

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Guido, I remember the guy. Before Scotland had any real snooker stars it was players like Eddie Sinclair who were the main men on the circuit up here. Did his son play football or am I just imagining that? I started life at the Clydebank Post and the local pro John Rea was Scottish champion back then (still owns a club in the town) so I used to cover some of his games and remember seeing him hit a 147 in a tournament in Glasgow. Think it made the front page!

    • Guido 11 years ago

must be 25 years back Paul..i was a boney faced/arsed sraggy youth (still have a boney arse haha) barely able to get in a pub!! I recall John Rea as well..the Stephen etc came along…still good value players tho…but Hendry was just in on a different planet

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Guido, bumped into John a few months ago when he was playing golf behind us at Mar Hall. It was the day when he was putting out and saw a guy jump off the Erskine Bridge. Missed his putt I believe.

Guido, I was at the Clydebank Post about 1986 then went back as editor in 1989 but can’t remember if the Hendry game was first or second spell, probably the first.

    • robert miller 11 years ago

yeah PAUL, Steven Hendrie, it brought back memories of a piece he done in the Record a couple of months ago.

he was complainin about snooker players not gettin recognition, sayin he puts as much effort as runners and cyclists. he also says he puts in 6 hours a day in

to top it all off theres a wee picture of his glum face with a cue in his hand SITTIN DOWN WHILST COMPETIN!!!!

priceless i nearly choked on my belly buster fry up!!!!

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Robert, you need to be particularly fit to be a snooker player, remember big Bill Werbeniuk. But you don’t need the same dedication as any athlete to reach the top and mental strength. I enjoy a couple of frames but can’t play for more than two hours or so. Six hours a day would do my head in. Having said that I could play golf all day every day if it was on different courses.

He is perhaps best known for his time with Ring of Honor and occasional appearances for World Wrestling Entertainment, as well as his stint with its Ohio Valley Wrestling developmental territory. Muzza is an Australian English slang word generally used in Melbourne, Victoria to describe the young male subculture that has developed in the city’s suburbs. Use of the term muzza came to light in the mid to late 1990’s, as an evolution of the 1980’s Mario culture.
A muzza is most often a European or middle eastern male (female equivalents are known as Marias or Muzzettes, and ‘nerdy’ equivalents are usually known as Muzza Mark), generally between 16 and 30 years old who is usually of Southern European, Mediterranean descent. The muzza is normally from around metropolitan Melbourne, Australia, and is of first to third generation Australian.
It is difficult to pinpoint what characteristics define a muzza, however there are consistencies between muzzas that are common traits, including: a very vocal pride in their heritage, a love of cars, a general distaste for any kind of rules or authority, an obsession with house/dance music and a strong interest in loitering around local fast food outlets.

Guido /ˈɡwiːdoʊ/ is a slang term for a lower-class or working-class urban Italian American. The guido stereotype is multi-faceted. Originally, it was used as a demeaning term for Italian Americans in general. More recently, it has come to refer to Italian Americans who conduct themselves in a thuggish, overtly macho manner.[1] The time period in which it obtained the latter meaning is not clear, but some sources date it to the 1970s or 1980s.[2][3][4]

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Milesey, I joined the Record sports desk in 1993 and there was a guy, Alan McMillan, doing the Mr Fixit column. He was asked round about then to do something else and Mr Fixit was passed to me because I liked a bet. Started off about five paragraphs then half a page and now two pages on a Saturday and whatever else I can get midweek.

    • Milesey 11 years ago

so what happened to Alan ? is he now MR FIXED IT ;)

      Milesey

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Milesey, you won’t see the Record but he does a really popular column in Monday’s paper called On the Record. Readers basically ask him any question about football and he answers it for example: My first game was watching Clydebank against Raith Rovers in 1975. Give me teams and scorers please?

    • Milesey 11 years ago

well if that was your first game surely you can remember the teams and scorers yourself ? whats up with you, got some kind of memory lapse ;)

      Milesey

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Milesey, I know it’s shocking eh. Pretty sure Bankies lost 2-1 but went on to win the league that year on goal difference from Raith.

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Craig, pretty sure neither Boyd or McFadden will start but both might come on depending how the games are going.

  79. John 11 years ago

Just out of curiosity, has Ledley ever scored in consecutive games for Celtic?

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

John, I don’t know, a Celtic fan might know. That would be one for our On the Record column.

    • Bryan 11 years ago

      The answer is yes, John.

He scored against Caley and then Rangers in the 10/11 season and he scored against Hearts and then Caley last season.

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Mark, you will definitely get paid. Any settled bets are winners such as HT, first scorer, btts etc. You wouldn’t get paid on a Cowdenbeath win and any draw or Partick bets will be voided as are last scorer, over 3.5 goals etc.

  82. Craig alves 11 years ago

you should get paid out on both as the bers are already up therefore can be settlee, ma pal had £20 double partick Bolton and sktbet paid out last night

Chris i’ve a feeling Motherwell are going to score 1st tonight, being at home and against Celtic they’ll be up for it so i think 1st scorer will be a home player

  89. Chris Guy 11 years ago

John Motherwell have not won or even scored in their last 3 games, I think Celtic will win this one comfortably, possibly to nil.

  90. david 11 years ago

Come on then chelsea to win 3-2 at 25/1. celtic, st johnstone , dag & red and st mirren to win???

  91. Chris Guy 11 years ago

Thanks for that Bryan, I tried searching this season then gave up. Don’t thinks its relevant anyway, I’m site you’ll agree of he’s going to score he’s going to score. With Brown still out he’s taken on the role of the team captain. He will also be out to continue impressing Neil Lennon with him a out to be offered a new contract. He might score and he might not but with his double at the weekend I simply can’t ignore him at 18/1 for first goal and 13/2 anytime.

  92. Mr H 11 years ago

John I’m a Celtic fan and I’d say back hogs on 1st goal and Celtic too win 3-2. Optimistic but 3-2 away results have been handy lately

  93. Bryan 11 years ago

William Hill giving 2/1 on Madrid to beat Barca on Saturday at the Bernabeu….after watching last night’s game that could be a steal!!!!

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Jamie, my only fear about Madrid on Saturday is whether they’ll bother too much as it’s La Liga which they have basically given up on.

  95. Carl D 11 years ago

I really like the look of Chelsea -1 tonight. @ 23/20.

Boro in no sort of form, lots of injuries and ineligible players (Ameobi, Dyer, McEachran) should be an easy win for chelsea.

Also might double it with the Bayern win, Bayern in red hot form and Dortmund conceding a few with main strikers out.

You can make that accumulator more tasty by altering it to Chelsea -1 or Chelsea -2

    • Milesey 11 years ago

-1 at evens is the highest i would go, midweek, travelling north, are they really going to be up for this game ? Leave it for you to decide.

      Milesey

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

AC, that’s your choice. I’ve put up my treble, people can take or leave it, add to it, whatever. As I said I’m tempted to go with Chelsea, Celtic, PSG, Ajax, Bayern, Bordeaux, Lorient and Nancy. But I don’t do eight-team accers and I’m sure at least one would beat me – just don’t know which one.

  98. AC 11 years ago

After their poor performance at the weekend I think they will be looking to smash a few goals in and boro’ are really weakened for this game, They travelled up yesterday morning so will be all ready to rumble … 3-0 or 4-0 tonight, Chels usually do well against boro

    • Milesey 11 years ago

Someone put big money on chelsea 6-0 in Coral this morning and i laughed in their face. Remember whats happened to the likes of Arsenal when travelling North in midweek, teams just do not like doing. i’d give it 2-0 chelsea, 3-1 chelsea at the max, they do not want to play for Rafa, so up for this game, i doubt that very much to be honest.

      Milesey

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Milesey, I’m happy to go with minus one. Boro have been poor but should be up for it.

  99. Chris Guy 11 years ago

Celtic, Chelsea, Atletico Madrid all to win in 90 mins @ 6/1 with Boylesports

  100. Milesey 11 years ago

I am happy with a -1 especially at evens, Chelsea will win, but not by these big scores that are being chucked around, unless Boro just throw in the towel. Can’t see many goals in the 1st half, maybe Chelsea scrapping it 1-0, but i see alot more coming in the 2nd half. Maybe draw 1st half / chelsea win offers some value. More goals in the second half, 3-1 chelsea would be a nice scoreline.

Just put a small stakes bet on Lorient to win, got them at Evens just after half time, good tip as i didn’t know much about that league

  120. Chris Guy 11 years ago

Seamus I agree, the fact he is as short as 10/1 and 3/1 elsewhere tells me the 18/1 and 13/2 on offer is too big. As always the price will only matter if he scores but it is a decent price. If Wanyama starts in midfield I will def be on him also @ 14/1 as he is generally available at 9/1 elsewhere and is due a goal.

  121. Chris Guy 11 years ago

Turkish put up your winnings if you want mate. Who cares if nobody believes you. I want through a phase of emailing my betting slips to Mr Fixit as I was getting fed up with people questioning my stakes/return. Now I couldn’t care less. People also on for a bit of banter so don’t take the bait.

There could be a slagging afterwards but its all in fun and part o the banter. Anyone could post comments after results have came in. Nobody getting at you, people just pointing something out.

  127. Bryan 11 years ago

Chelsea have now gone from 4/9 to 4/7.

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Bryan, there are obviously problems but hopefully be Ok when they get out on the pitch. But money must be on Boro.

    • Milesey 11 years ago

There isn’t money on either to be honest, odds shortened earlier to get the punters in, but still not happening, people avoiding the short price on chelsea and looking at handicaps instead.

      Milesey

  128. weordie 11 years ago

So Bordeux suck, bust my free bet from paddypower already

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Weordie, that’s one problem with French games, should have taken Lorient who are in my treble or even just the treble.

  129. Peter Brown 11 years ago

  134. weordie 11 years ago

Was just a £2 free bet Mr F so had to bulk it up with a lot of bets, just hate getting bust at the first one.

Was hoping to get on Ledley 1st goal but pay didn’t go in in time, just means more money to lose on Saturday I guess.

  135. Craig alves 11 years ago

“@bbcsportsound: Celtic starting XI v Motherwell: Forster, Matthews, Rogne, Wanyama, Izaguirre, Commons,
    Kayal, Rogic, Forrest, Samaras, Stokes

seamus where u getting that line up, no ledley so there’s that f*cked. spoke to PP on phone and the guy told me it’ll just go on celtic single if ledley comes on after the 1st amd oscar/chelsea. sure he’s wrong but at least they’ve recorded him telling me so got a bit of a safety there haha

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Craig, OK back to Wanyama then and my double is still running.

  136. Seamus 11 years ago

Sorry for mistakes lads I got that from sky sports news app!

Hope it has not had any factor in your bets.

    Sincere apologies lads

  137. Chris Guy 11 years ago

Really annoyed with Ledley not starting, totally threw me off so instantaneous decisions at the bookies there. Put on a number of bets. Didn’t realise that Betfred doing double delight on Celtic game. Anyway here are my bets all over the place lol.

    £50 ew Oscar first goal @ 9/1

    £40 Mandzukic first goal @ 7/2
    £50 Vine first goal @ 5/1
    Plus £10 double

    £60 Ledley anytime @ 13/2
    £30 Ledley first goal @ 18/1
    £100 Stokes first goal @ 5/1
    £10 Rogne first goal @ 55/1
    £20 Matthews anytime @ 18/1
    £20 Ht Motherwell Ft Celtic @ 25/1
    £5 Ht Celtic Ft Motherwell @ 70/1

Good luck everyone. Time to dash home for a quick shower then off to start my nightshift!

  138. Craig alves 11 years ago

I just tried to change ledley to wanyama but because it’s a free bet they can’t void bet, hope oscar does the business first then worry bout ledley coming on

  139. Seamus 11 years ago

    Really sorry gents, genuine mistake!

Feel like a right knob just thought was doing a favour but that’s what it said. Can only apologise

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

      Seamus, it happens. No worries.

  140. FATHEAD 11 years ago

    GOAL DROUGHT

  141. Guido 11 years ago

No exactly a glut of goals in the first 30 mins eh?

  142. Seamus 11 years ago

Just read what you said after line up Craig. I will buy you a beer burger at James young for you and mrs! LOL

Hope Oscar does the damage, and celtic get finger out! Really sorry mate

  143. Craig alves 11 years ago

bet was already on seamus, stupid really not seeing the line ups but looks beat already wi celtic gettin beat, 1st out on the poker tae haha treating it lke a game of zynga poker:)

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Craig, how was the poker? Celtic pretty shocking so far but at least Chelsea have scored.

  144. MUZZA 11 years ago

Chelsea 1-0 Ramirez strike off Torres ass & in!! Lol

  145. Seamus 11 years ago

Cheers Pau/Craig appreciate not receiving hate posts LOL! Cektic not looking good at all, should still win though! Win lose or draw though – hail hail

  146. Seamus 11 years ago

As I posted big sammy! Oh ah samaras ! Boom – game on

  147. Craig alves 11 years ago

was no bad but a was just going in wi every hand so never done too well, on a table the now wi $2 as had free $8 for opening account so just getting used to it, not got the patients tae sit for hours playing poker tho, celtic equalise tho :)

  148. Seamus 11 years ago

    Hooper winner am feeling it

  149. weordie 11 years ago

    Seems Motherwell aren’t feeling it

  150. Seamus 11 years ago

Sound weordie – as previous post says win lose or draw? Forever faithful son :-)

  151. weordie 11 years ago

Don’t need to tell me mate, I’m a season ticket holder at St James’ Park, I know all about the lose or draw part

  152. Seamus 11 years ago

Tbh bit defensive on my part mate, Newcastle fan then understand the passion LOL

  153. Striker 11 years ago

Looks like the super single is coming in!

  154. Craig23_50 11 years ago

Nice one Mr F did your treble thought Dortmund were going to sneak a goal to blow it out but happy days it stayed 1-0 to Bayern good stuff :-)

  155. Striker 11 years ago

    Oh shit

  156. Seamus 11 years ago

Really need to stop backing my team on my bets, nonetheless where we didn’t turn up Motherwell did! Deserved in my opinion, hats off!

    Still pissed off though

  157. Ian bomber Harris 11 years ago

Mr fixit absolutely feel sick I never do five folds your right one always lets you down check this done Chelsea , bayern , lorient , PSG , and you guessed it who let me down for a 20/1 Acca …………. Celtic !!!!! #gutted :(

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Ian, it’s why I just put up the treble. I was tempted to take more teams but had a feeling there would be a few surprises – but spotting them is the key.

  158. madi 11 years ago

falcao delivers :) everytime uve backed him hes scored

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Madi, he’s some player is Falcao. I missed him when he was out injured.

  159. madi 11 years ago

    *ive

  160. Stevie R 11 years ago

St Johnstone has just done me outta a lovely wee quad … £20
    Chelsea -1
    bradford (draw )
PSG -1 & st Johnstone 2-2 (dundee down to ten men (66 mins) unbelievable! !!!

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Stevie, yeah it was a shocker, last-minute goal with 10 men. Fancied Saints as well.

  161. Ian bomber Harris 11 years ago

What did you do in the end Mr F ?? I appreciate the feedback , only had a £5 on the five fold but gutting when so close especially when a 8/15 selection lets you down , big singles way forward for me

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Ian, I went big on the treble and added three for a small sixfold, permed them and got beat by Ajax. Other two were Chelsea and Stuttgart so fivefold returns my stake.

  162. John 11 years ago

Oh well lads, onto the weekend, one thing i’ve learned from tonight is favorites can’t be trusted

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

John, the problem as I said early today is that each of them look good on their own but put them all together and it’s tough to get a big accer up. If you pick five teams you need to beat the bookies 5-0. Go for a single and 1-0 does you. But you can’t beat the thrill of landing a big accer.

  163. Madi 11 years ago

Lovely goal aswell mr f. Was only watching the game for him to score as soon as he did I switched it off lol

    • Mr Fixit 11 years ago

Madi, back to 2-1 so could be a decent second half.

  164. Seamus 11 years ago

Tonight reiterated two things; never back your team; never more than a treble – too risky!

Roll on weekend, unlucky with super single Paul

  165. carl d 11 years ago

More relieved tonight rather than anything having taken Chelsea -1, lucky first goal then a bit of Hazard class to give Moses a tap in. 2 nights on the trot now that my bets have scraped in, add the weekend to that and its a hat trick. Really hope that this weekend gives a win but with a margin!!

Early tip that stands out, bristol Rovers to win, bristol Rovers to score 2+. both well over evens and Burton conceding for fun!!

  166. Danny 11 years ago

    next 2 nothing on Thursday….anyway

    -1 Double @ 5/1 – Lens – PAOK

    Treble @ 5/1 – ClubBrugge – Bursaspor – WislaKrakow

  167. Seamus 11 years ago

Danny ma man! Your sleeping must be up your arse LOL!

DID YOUR TREBLE TONITTE MR F
    LORIENT {FROM HALF TIME .ONLY GOT IN LATE }
    CHELSEA
    BAYERN
    NICE PROFIT THANX

  169. Chris Guy 11 years ago

Very bad night for me. Celtic were atrocious but I blame Neil Lennon for putting out such a stupid teamninnthr first place. Ledley scores twice on Sunday and is rewarded by being stuck on the bench. Hooper on bench too. To make matters worse I had £20 on ht Motherwell ft Celtic @ 25/1. At 1-1 I thought good chance of £520 back…..

  170. John 11 years ago

I only do singles or doubles really, unless it’s both to score and then i generally go up to 4….like you say you can’t beat the feeling of landing a big accumulator but i’m not that big of a gambler yet :-)

  171. John 11 years ago

I didn’t put money on it chris but i had a feeling Motherwell would score first

  172. Craig alves 11 years ago

free £10 from betway andbstuck it on seville double chance at 2.55, the question is how times do I have to bet the tennee before I can withdraw anything haha playing money a suppose for the top treble at the wknd

  173. Seamus 11 years ago

    Can only imagine, sounds hammered!

Aye would help to lawyers fees, not losing been driving more than two years but cos in justice course can plead special circumstance costs more but worth the risk – lets be honest we all know about risks! Hopefully odds on I get admonished, but aye everything sound ma man! Pay day the mawra so plenty bevy women and can guarantee all be spaced more than Neil Armstrong ever was!

Here’s hoping to a big win at weekend! Glad is well, here Danny YouTube this number duck sauce, song is anyways .

    • Danny 11 years ago
