TWO full cards in Leagues One and Two tonight but all my picks are in League One.

Doncaster take on Blackpool tonight and the hosts are averaging 2 goals at home and l like Ladbrokes' 21-20 on them scoring 2+ goals against a Blackpool side conceding 6 goals in their last 2 games/defeats.

Next up are Shrewsbury who have had a tough time at home this season winning just once, scoring only one goal but l think that will change tonight with Southend the visitors who have conceded 20 goals in 7 games and 8 goals against in their last two away games.

Ladbrokes offer 10-11 on the home side scoring 2+ goals. Going for a straight 3pts double that pays 3-1.

Other goals bets l like the look of tonight are btts double of Bristol Rovers v Gillingham and Bolton v Oxford, 1pt at 2-1 and an over 2.5goals treble of Sunderland, Tranmere and Wycombe, 1point at 4/1.
