THERE are no games I'll be looking at over the next few days so I'll take the opportunity to wish everyone a Happy Christmas.

Arsenal v Chelsea was a Christmas cracker turned turkey and really we should have heeded Jose Mourinho's comments about keeping it tight. He is the master of drawing when he wants and the master of Arsene Wenger.
The Gunners might have had one or even two penalties but after a turgid 90 minutes no one deserved to win.

Robert, there are only scores of betting shops because of the slots machines. That’s where they take their money – most football punters bet online.
my main point was the “term” that was used . if bookies are used for slot machines then so be it. I used that as a reference.
Robert, bottom line is this is a tipping site. We all like a bet and I always advise people to be sensible, use spare cash, don’t chase losses, have a staking plan, spend what you can afford to lose etc. Anyone who wants to preach to us about gambling is wasting their time.

NFL Atlanta @ San Francisco
Last year this was a Championship game, but Atlanta have gone backwards this season. The 49ers are still battling for a wildcard place. If things don’t go their way this will be the last ever game played at Candlestick park. As a fan of the NFL and the 49ers I will be watching this game as I’m sure there will be video montages of the legends, Montana, Rice, Young, Lott and legendary Head Coach Bill Walsh.
The class of 2013 wont want to lose the very last game at Candlestick, and I think they will win this. The spread doesn’t interest me as the Falcons come in as spoilers while the Niners just want to win and move on to next week and see what they need to get into the playoffs.
Atlanta are struggling in defence, they rank 27th against the pass, and 29th against the run and its our RB Frank Gore who I think can run riot tonight.
Atlanta, give up 131yds against the run per game, and I expect them too see a lot of Gore. I think he will get over 90yds and it wouldn’t surprise me if he broke the 100yd barrier in what could be his last game at Candlestick making Over 82.5 at 5/6 Paddy Power an early Christmas present.
Atlanta have allowed 16tds to opposition WR’s and with 49ers getting their main WR back and he scored last week and his our main weapon. This not only helps Gore in the running game it helps him against man to man coverage. He is evens at Hills to score anytime.
Vernon Davis is also somebody I like to score, he usually delivers in big games. He as scored in the games at Wembley and the Super bowl and with this being the last MNF of the season, I think he will get a chance to score with Atlanta trying to plug too my holes with Gore, Crabtree and Boldin.

George, the horse performs best over 5 furlongs on the sand at this course. It has two seconds and a fourth over these conditions and is by far it’s best form. In an open handicap under todays distance I just saw it as a well priced each way possibility. It also carries 9 stone 1 pound which is 5 pounds lighter than when achieving it’s second and fourth placings mate.

strongly fancy man city if you like mate,but i would advise you to be careful,liverpool are on the up,top of the league,they go to city scoring goals for fun just like the hosts,with henderson starting to play like he should liverpools midfield is more creative than ever.6 out the last nine have been draws,city are a good price,but you wont often see them that price at home,so this should tell you something.on the other hand i have just read flanagan is out with a hamstring and liverpool have only 17 fit players to face man city.so snap it up.

No worries Robbo. The ref blew 5 minutes early in the first half and I think the same happened in the second half too!
yeah I saw that patrick and was worried bet365 would void all bets like they have done in the past(any excuse not to pay out)i had a 6-0 and 7-0 ht correct score at 18-1 and 40-1 riding so I was well peed off when the half only lasted 40 minutes,still made some profit but gutted that I didn’t follow my instincts and go massive, minus 1 at the start of the game was 13-10!!

Hey Blue Mooner, we used to get a lot of City fans up at Hearts games many years ago. There was a good link up with a couple of City supporters club and the Ardmillan Hearts Club, unfortunately it is no longer in existence, and a few used to travel to Maine Road in the good old days mate.
