THERE'S already been talk on the site about Celtic and Dundee Utd and both are sure to be backed on the goals markets this weekend.
Celtic face a Hearts side they beat 7-0 away a couple of weeks ago and who have masses of problems with Gary Locke saying they might have only 10 fit players. Remember this a lunchtime kick-off, live on TV and Celtic will want to put on a pre-Christmas cracker.
I've tipped Dundee United to score four or more in their last two matches at prices up to 9-1 but you'll be lucky to get half that when they entertain Ross County. My Daily Record column will be looking at the goal markets and I'll post some excerpts from it on Saturday morning.
Meanwhile, here's William Hill's Owen Scott with his weekly look at the SPFL stats.
Celtic v Hearts
Celtic have scored 18 goals in their last four matches against the Jambos. Celtic to score four or more 29-20.
Dundee Utd v Ross County
Stuart Armstrong has scored in Dundee United's last three victories. Armstrong to score and United to win 23-10.
Hibs v St Johnstone
The away side has won three of the last four meetings between these sides. St Johnstone to win 8-5.
Kilmarnock v Partick Th
Both teams have scored in the last five meetings between these sides with Killie winning three of them. Both to score and Killie to win 4-1.
Motherwell v St Mirren
St Mirren have failed to score in their last three league games and also lost 1-0 the last time they met Motherwell. Well to win to nil 9-4.
Inverness v Aberdeen
Billy McKay and Niall McGinn are the in-form strikers for each club. McKay and McGinn both to score 11-2.
Ive went Dundee utd -2 at 5/2 with Mcbookie
On a different note ive doubled it with Leeds -1 at 2/1
Celtic at 4/5 -2 would be a good bet mr f I don’t follow Scottish football but seen people tipping Celtic to put on a goal rest or do you think over 3.5 goals in the game at1.95 would be a better tip do you reckon hearts could score!
Grumpy, Celtic -2 is on my treble – don’t think Hearts will score.
Three of the stats up this week for a wee profit.
Owen, nice one. Shame about lack of goals at Tannadice.
