FORMER West Ham and Newcastle boss Sam Allardyce heads bet365’s betting to replace Nigel Pearson in the Leicester City hotseat.
Pearson was sacked yesterday after the club's Thai owners insisted they could no longer form a “working relationship” with the manager who had kept them in the Premier League against the odds.
Allardyce is available after leaving the Hammers at the end of the season and bet365’s Steve Freeth said: “The early skirmishes have been dominated by support for Sam Allardyce with Neil Lennon (20-1 into 5-1) also being well backed.”
