EURO expert Paul Watson signed off his excellent overview on the Spanish Cup Final by suggesting he'll backing Barcelona to beat Real Madrid.

And I've to agree with him although there was little to separate the sides when they met in the Bernabeu on Saturday.

Barca are a best 1-1 with Chandler and bodog in Valencia while Real are as big as 3-1 at Ladbrokes and Stan James. The draw pays 11-4 with Ladbrokes and Paddy Power.

Both teams scored on Saturday and a repeat is 8-13 with Paddy Power and Hills. In fact the goals came from La Liga's top scorers, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, both from the spot.

Messi is 9-2 with Stan James to break the deadlock with Ronaldo 11-2 with Coral. I'm going for a longer shot in Andres Iniesta at 12-1 with bet365 as Messi was well marshalled by the likes of Pepe.

Real are 6-5 with Ladbrokes to win the Cup then go on to knock Real Madrid out of the Champions League. The double for Real is 5-1.

Messi is 6-4 with bet365 to beat Ronaldo (7-2) in a match bet with the tie a tasty 1-1. A penalty to be awarded in the game is 7-4 with bet365 and a red card to be shown 5-4.

Recommendations

  • Barca to win Spanish Cup and KO Real in Champions League (6-5, Ladbrokes)
  • Barca v Real both teams to score (8-13, Paddy Power, Hills)
