Manchester City have one foot in the Champions League semi-finals after battering Bayern so it will be interesting to see how they approach tonight’s Munich return.
Parking the bus isn’t Pep Guardiola’s style so I doubt he will try to defend their 3-0 lead.
Bayern need to go for it and that bodes well for another thriller, with BTTS a tiny 40/85 at McBookie and over 2.5 goals only a little bigger at 8/15.
That doesn’t offer much value so the anytime scorer market looks better, with red-hot Erling Haaland longer odds than usual at 10/11 (Bet365).
Unibet also price the Norwegian at 31/20 for over 1.5 shots on target while Bayern’s Kingsley Coman is a tempting 27/25 for over 0.5 shots on target.
We saw 13 corners in the first leg so that market is worth a look as well, with McBookie pricing over 10.5 corners at 13/10.
The other quarter-final tie also appears to be over with Inter Milan defending a 2-0 lead at home to Benfica.
Inter have been poor in Serie A this term but have saved their best for Europe and are just 1/25 at McBookie to reach the semi-finals.
Benfica need to go full tilt so I fancy them for most cards, which pays a generous 6/4 at Unibet.
Backing Inter for most corners paid off for me in the first leg and the Italian side are 11/8 with BetVictor at -1 in that handicap tonight.
- Super Singles: Haaland to score (10/11, Bet365). Benfica most cards (6/4, Unibet).
- McBookie Bet Builder: Combining BTTS in Munich with over 8.5 corners pays 111/100.
