RIGHT, here it is – by popular demand. One of the biggest football markets these days is both teams to score and the success of it has been so high that bookies have had to seriously trim prices from the start of the season.
I've touched on the market a couple of times in my Daily Record column and have tipped up some singles over the weeks.
But after numerous requests, I'll be giving you a goals galore accumulator every weekend.
I have also created a list of the top leagues for both teams to score.
The beauty of this bet is that your line is never down – certainly not until the last few minutes and only then if it's 0-0.
If you're an armchair fan you can simply sit comfy in your seat, watching the scores flash up and pray for goals, goals, goals. It doesn't matter who wins as long as both teams score.
As I said prices aren't as good as they once were although you can balance this by trying to predict both teams not to score but that's less fun.
For the matches I've picked you can generally get 4-6 or 8-13 but virtually all were around about 5-6 in August.
So here goes for the first attempt. There isn't an exact science with these selections, I've ignored form and focused teams who score and concede.
I'm starting in the Championship with Portsmouth v Leeds. Both teams have scored in the sides' last six matches and both love to attack. Best price here is 8-13 at Skybet.
Next it's Charlton v Plymouth in League One. Charlton's last five matches have featured 21 goals while Plymouth fans have seen 19 in five. This one pays 8-11 at bet365 and Stan James.
League One often produces on this line and I'm staying there for Huddersfield v Colchester which returns 4-6 at bet365. Huddersfield were spanked 4-0 by Carlisle in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy in midweek but before that had netted 12 in five games while Colchester have recently been involved in a 3-3 draw at Charlton and 4-2 defeat at home to Orient.
The Blue Square Premier is usually full of goals too but not all firms take bets on the games.
Skybet are one who do and they go 4-6 on the Newport v Rushden game which looks a no-brainer. Newport's last six have featured 29 goals with Rushden's previous six totalling a paltry 24.
Mansfield's last six results have been 4-2, 2-5, 3-1, 0-1, 2-7 and 5-1. Go for goals when they face Histon at home. This one is a bit skinnier for obvious reasons with Paddy Power going a best 4-11.
Now up to Scotland where the Celtic v Aberdeen clash should be a cracker. The league leaders won 9-0 last time the Dons visited but the arrival of veteran boss Craig Brown has sparked an incredible turnaround and strikers Scott Vernon and Chris Maguire have been firing them in from all angles. Take this one at a very tempting 11-10 with Coral.
The Scottish lower league are also a place to prosper but again not all firms take your bets. Skybet and William Hill are two who do and offer 8-15 and 1-2 respectively on the Third Division clash between Montrose and Annan.
Poor Montrose have shipped 12 goals in their last three games but managed to net five in two Scottish Cup ties with First Division leaders Dunfermline. Four out of Annan's last five ended 2-2 – the other was a 5-2 defeat agains Brechin. This won't finish 0-0.
